Information Desired
1. Kindly provide records and information including the name, designation, and mobile number of
the officials who are responsible or tasked to provide updates to the public regarding any application
that they have filed and providing them time-to-time updates, answers to queries and their unique
identification number, along with details of all correspondence on their application in Jammu
Development Authority.
2. Kindly provide records and information regarding of the amount of reimbursement claimed in
INR by all members of Jammu Development Authority in terms of mobile phone bills which are
submitted by them monthly for the past 12 months as part of allowance/expenditure
3. Kindly provide records and information regarding the guidelines under which the VC, Secretary,
Section Heads, Section officers, dealing assistants of Jammu Development Authority are provided
SIMS and reimbursement of Mobile/Internet bills. Kindly provide copy.
4. Kindly provide records and information regarding the number of Jammu Development
Authority employees who have claimed reimbursement of mobile bills despite not using official
mobile numbers provided by department.
5. Kindly provide records and information whether grievance submitted via e-mail to H&UDD is
acted upon. How many such cases have been dealt with in 2024.
6. Kindly provide records and information on the correspondence, remarks, notes of H&UDD
officials to the email sent by [email protected] marking H&UDD on May 15
(Attached as annexure A)
7. Kindly provide records and information regarding the number of checks conducted by H&UDD of
the whether details on the website of JDA are correct, updated, having all details/email ids, mobile
numbers of different departments, the proactive disclosure are updated or not, procedural
explanations are published or not. Kindly attach copy of those checks
8. Kindly provide records and information on the number of feedback collected from public
regarding their overall experience at JDA between 2010-2024. Kindly attach copy of such feedback.
9. Kindly provide records and information on the number of random checks conducted by
H&UDD to ensure JDA is functioning as per norms and all communication channels with public are
open and available.
10. Kindly provide records and information on the policy or guidelines under which departmental
action are taken against dealing assistants and section heads for dereliction of duty
Please provide the requested information in the form of certified copies of documents, records, or any
other format that is available with your department wherever and whenever possible.
Kindly please intimate me for any additional payments to be made for above information.
4.2 As per section 6(3) of the RTI Act 2005, In case, the requested information is held by
another public authority, I request the PIO to transfer the application or part of it within FIVE days
and immediately Inform me about such transfer.
4.3 As per section 7(1) of the RTI Act 2005, I request the PIO to provide the requested
information within 30 Days.
4.4 As per section 7(2) of the RTI Act 2005, In case of no decision received within 30 days, the
PIO shall be Deemed to have refused the request.
4.5 As per section 7(3) of the RTI Act 2005, In case, there are further fee required to provide the
requested. information, I request the PIO to inform me of the additional fee amount along with the
calculations. Made to arrive at the amount.
4.6 As per section 7(8) of the RTI Act 2005, In case of rejection of my application, I kindly
request you to provide the reason for such rejection and not just quote a section of RTI. Also, I
request you to provide the details of Appellate authority.
4.7 As per section 7(9) of the RTI Act 2005, I request the PIO to provide the requested
information in the form In which it is sought.
4.8 As per section 8(2) of the RTI Act 2005, “Notwithstanding anything in the Official Secrets
Act, 1923 nor any of the exemptions permissible in accordance with sub-section (1), a public
authority may allow. Access to information if public interest in disclosure outweighs the harm to the
protected interests.”
4.9 As per section 10(2) of the RTI Act 2005, In case the requested information is exempt from
disclosure by any other law, I request you to provide that part of the record which does not
contain any information.
RTI is a quasi judicial function, therefore right to privacy of the appellant must be followed, else
judicial proceeding can be initiated against the discloser, in case the privacy has been
encroached upon.
5 Self Declaration: I state that information sought does not fall within the restrictions contained in the
Section 8 & 9 of the Act. The Sought information pertains to the office, and I am a citizen of India.
