1.1 EMC
WARNING
This is a category C3 UPS product for commercial and industrial application in the
second environment − installation restrictions or additional measures may be
needed to prevent disturbances.
Electrostatic Discharge
CAUTION
ESD Protection
Always wear ESD gloves or an ESD wrist strap prior to contact with the equipment
or before handling devices, boards, or IC chips to prevent damage to sensitive
components due to electrostatic discharge from the human body. Ensure that the
ESD wrist strap is properly grounded.
For information about how to wear an ESD wrist strap, see Figure below.

EMC performance is dependent upon the use of correct cables of good quality for
all external connections when installing this equipment. Ensure compliance with
cable/connector specifications and associated installation instructions given
