5. Eligibility
The tournament is open to all individuals who are 40 years of age and above from all over
the world.
6. Events and Age Categories
6.1 Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 40 –49
6.2 Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 50 –59
6.3 Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 60 –69
6.4 Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 70 –74
6.5 Men and Women's Team & Singles Ages 75+
7. Competition Format
7.1 All Singles matches in the Preliminary round shall be played to the
best of 5 games.
All Singles matches in the second round shall be played to the
best of 5 games.
All Teams matches in the Preliminary round and second round shall be played to
the best of 5 games.
(For Team& Single) The first two of the group will be entered to the knockout round.
7.2 Both Singles and Team events shall be played in 2 stages.
The group round-robin system will be used in the qualifying round.
The Knock-out system will be used in second stage with play-offs.
7.3 Team Events
7.3.1 The Men’s Team evens shall be played using the Swaythling System as
follow:
A vs X, B vs Y, C vs Z, A vs Y, B vs X.
(Minimum 3 and Maximum 4 Players)
7.3.2 The Women’s Team evens shall be played using the Corbillon System as
follow:
A vs X, B vs Y, Doubles, A vs Y, B vs X.
(Minimum 2and Maximum 4 Players)
7.3.3 If there will be less than 4 entries in any category, teams will automatically
play in the next younger category.
7.4 Singles Events
7.4.1 If there will be less than 8 entries in any category, players will automatically
play in the next younger category
8. Rules
8.1 The tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the latest ITTF regulation
for International Competition.
9. Prizes
9.1 Team Evens – Top four (4) teams in each category will be awarded with medals.
The Champion will also be presented with a trophy.
Champion: USD400.00
First Runner Up: USD 200.00
Second Runner Up: USD 100.00
Second Runner Up: USD 100.00
9.2 Single Evens – Top four (4) players in each category will be awarded with medals.
Champion: USD150.00
First Runner Up: USD80.00
Second Runner Up: USD50.00
Second Runner Up: USD50.00
10. Expenses
All participants shall be responsible for their own expenses, including air tickets, meals and
accommodation.

12. Entry Fee:
1. Team USD220
2. Single USD15 (Entry fee will be USD 30 if only participate in single event)
3. Gala Dinner (Farewell Party)
- Players who are enrolled for the team event, Gala dinner’s ticket will be
USD 10 / person
- Players who are enrolled for the singles event only, Gala dinner’s ticket
will be USD 15 / person
- Any other companions who wish to join Farewell Party, Gala dinner's
ticket will be USD 30 / person

5. It doesn’t have any bank charge for the beneficiary.
6. A. After receiving the registration form and entry fee, it was confirmed that the registration
was successful.
B. After the registration is successful, if you exit the game, the entry fee and gala dinner
fee will not be refunded, but you can change the team’s name, player’s name and also
you can resell the gala dinner ticket.
13. Entry date: 1st June 2024
14. Closed date: 30th September 2024
15. Maximum number of players accepted: 600 first come first serve
16. If you do not have enough player to form the team. We can arrange the
players for you.
17. Reservation
The organizing committee reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations of this
tournament at any time without prior notification. Any other rules that are not covered by this
bulletin will be decided by the organizing committee whose decision will be FINAL.

2.1 The tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the latest ITTF
regulation for international Competition.
2.2 Proof of age must be available upon request (e.g., passport)
2.3 Players are allowed to participate in ONLY ONE age category.
2.4 Players are allowed to participate in the younger age category.
2.5 The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend the rules and
regulations of this tournament at any time without prior notification.
Any other rules that are not covered by this bulletin will be decided by
the Organizing Committee whose decision will be FINAL.
2.6 All players agree and understand that the organizers and host country
only organize the table tennis tournament.
Any accident, health issues and etc. shall be at their own risk, own
insurance as well as own medical expenses.
2.7 The referee has the right to request next game player to go to another
table to play. The player must obey, if it is opposed that mean abandon the game.
