Sub:- Legal Notice.

Sir,

Instructed by Mrs. Sunita Devi W/o Mr. Ashwani


Kumar, R/o H. No. 136/6 Shakti Nagar Jammu,
hereinafter referred to as my client, I am to serve upon
you the following legal notice:-

1. Without going into the background of the transactions that

took place between you and my client and without mentioning

anything that does not pertain to the intent behind sending this

legal notice case, it is worthwhile to mention here that a

litigation in the name of M/s Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd

through its attorney holder Baneet Pal Singh V/s Sunita Devi

was pending before the Honble Court of IIIrd Addl. Munsiff

Jammu which was finally disposed off in the favour of my client

thereby making an end to all the disputes between your

company and my client.


2. However, my client is being unnecessarily approached by the

officials of your company and harassed at the behest of some

pending dispute of which my client is totally unaware. This act

of the officials of your company attracts certain penal

provisions thereby you can be made liable for the same.

3. That my client has received phone calls from various numbers

(7969487536, 8283041885, 8645613138, 8968644551,

7969487536, 8645613460) on behalf of your company and

phone calls have resulted in the harassment of my client.

4. That this act by your company is not justified and same can

attract legal consequences if this practice is not stopped. My

client being a lady is under continuous pressure and

depression on account of continuous phone calls by your

company.

5. That the guidelines through which your company executes its

functions represent high customer service but this action of

yours is contrary to all the company’s guidelines.

6. That this legal notice serves as a last opportunity for an

amicable resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings. I

believe that you will address this matter promptly and in

accordance with the law.

In view of the position explained, I through the

medium of this notice, advise you not to approach my

client either physically or through any mode of


communication and stop harassing her immediately

failing which my client shall be compelled to approach

the appropriate forum/court/tribunal/police station for

redressal of her grievance at your risk and cost.

I have charged Rs. 5,000/- as counsel fee.

A copy of this notice is retained in my office chamber for reference and record .
