I. CALL TO ORDER
Hon. Regine Mae C. Vasquez called to order the third regular session of
the Sangguaniang Kabataan at 10:30 in the morning at the Barangay Sinayawan Session Hall.

II. OPENING PRAYER


The opening prayer was led by SK Kagawad Melche Mae Demapiles.

III. ROLL CALL OF ATTENDEES


SK Secretary Joshua C. Fabrigar conducted the roll call. The above-
stated persons were present.

IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES


Approval of the SK Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) for
the 2024 fiscal year.

V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
a. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
b. BUSINESS OF THE DAY
b.1. Discussion on the designation of Committee to SK Kagawads.
VI. REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE HEADS: NONE

VII. MATTERS ARISING


The presiding officer assigned the SK Kagawads to different committees
to further wider the scope and to easily make the duties of the SK Kagawads be more
specified on the assigned field.

VIII. OTHER MATTERS: None

IX. ADJOURNMENT
SK Kagawad Lovely P. Osorio moved to adjourn the meeting and duly
seconded by SK Kagawad Rovic Ian Delante.

X. CLOSING PRAYER
The closing prayer was led by SK Kagawad Joshua Balangiao.

THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT EXACTLY 12:10 NN.
