I. CALL TO ORDER
Hon. Regine Mae C. Vasquez called to order the fifth regular session of
the Sangguaniang Kabataan at 1:00 in the afternoon at the Barangay Sinayawan Session Hall.
II. OPENING PRAYER
The opening prayer was led by SK Kagawad Joshua Balangiao.
III. ROLL CALL OF ATTENDEES
SK Secretary Joshua C. Fabrigar conducted the roll call. The above-
stated persons were present.
IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES
Discussion on the Sports and Initial plans for the Barangay Sinayawan
Fiesta.
V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
a. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
b. BUSINESS OF THE DAY
b.1. Discussion for the upcoming Barangay Sinayawan Fiesta Activities
b.2. Discussion for the upcoming Miss Sinayawan 2024. Plans and preparation
for the candidates.
VI. REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE HEADS:
1. Committee on Sports Development – Hans Uriel Naldo
Only one (1) committee had reported in their field since it has more concerning issues
especially that most program for the following month will focus on sports and development.
VII. MATTERS ARISING
The presiding officer further discussed the plans for the upcoming
Barangay Sinayawan Fiesta and also the highlight event, which is Miss Sinayawan
2024. Also, SK Kagawad Hans Uriel Naldo, the Committee Head on Sports
Development, discussed the updates regarding the previous games under the Sports
Fest.

IX. ADJOURNMENT
SK Kagawad Lovely P. Osorio moved to adjourn the meeting and duly
seconded by SK Kagawad Melche Mae Demapiles.
IX. CLOSING PRAYER
The closing prayer was led by SK Kagawad Evelyn De Asis.
