BAS Team Superintendent provides the SAP Business Process Owners and SAP End-users with
timeous and relevant guidance, assistance, training, monitoring, coordination and information to
ensure appropriate and productive use of the business processes in SAP relevant to the SAP

ITGC framework.
Responsibilities
o Providing all the SAP end users with appropriate SAP support and assistance in order to optimize usage

o Reviewing the end user access and authorizations, reporting irregularities and recommending
