INTRODUCTION
Ambulatory care is care and medical services provided
by health care professionals in outpatient settings.
The issue of hospital overcrowding is being addressed
by ambulatory care as well.
These days, patients can obtain medical care without
having to enter a hospital.
INTRODUCTION
To effectively apply ambulatory care, information
systems are used in order to meet the demand of
ambulatory services.
An ambulatory care information system's primary goal
is to provide information to the practitioner in order to
support clinical decision-making.
INTRODUCTION
One of the institutions that implement and apply
ambulatory care information system is The Medical
City institutions.
The Medical City's ambulatory care delivery is strongly
dependent on its privately owned data system, which
goes by the name "iMed."

outcome analysis.

and uses that utilizes to manage patient records, make appointments, and
offer telemedicine services.

The recent success of iMed attests to the significance of incorporating
