2nd Quarter Homeroom PTA Meeting
H12-Spearmint
February 12, 2024
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Objective: To recognize learners with academic excellence awards, let the parents see the report cards of their children,
inform the parents and students on the status of FPTA and HPTA projects, ,school rules and policies, disseminate
information the LGU agenda, discuss matters on the upcoming graduation, encourage parents to pay miscellaneous fees,
and elicit support on school activities.

Details of the Meeting:
1. The meeting happened at exactly 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon after the general assembly at the school
gymnasium.
2. It started with a prayer by Hero Dael, a student from H12-Spearmint .
3. After the short prayer, the teacher welcomed and greeted the parents and students who attended the meeting.
4. Afterwards, Mr. Ryan N. Catacutan discussed and facilitated the following:
a. Status of HPTA contribution and project.
b. LGU Agenda:
