Please Note: - above price indicated in the quotation are based on the currency exchange rate
and prevailing rate of current government statutory charges . Therefore, the price quoted is
subject to revision in the event of fluctuation of any of the above rates at the time of clearing
the goods which will be indicated in the final invoice issued prior to the delivery of the goods.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICE QUOTED: All prices quoted are on “Unimo Enterprises” Stores Basis.
INVOICE : SVT Invoice Can be provided
AVAILABILITY: 12 weeks Import and Supply
DELIVERY: Can be arranged at a nominal cost to any location in Sri Lanka.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: 50% payment by cash or Cheque to be made along with
confirmed Purchase Order (in favor of Unimo Enterprises Limited. Cheque to be
crossed A/C Payee).
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Japan /China
VALIDITY : 14 Days from today.
WARRANTY:
The Standard Warranty is for a period of 1 year or 2000 hours (whichever
occurs first) and covers the full truck (including Battery) as per standard
warranty terms and conditions.
Kindly note that in order for you to avail yourself of this warranty, all services
and maintenance for 1 year or 2000 Hours (whichever comes first) needs to
be carried out by our company. In the event services or repairs are carried out
by any third party, this warranty will be deemed to be null and void. Further,
any type of pulling or pushing of loads are not recommended and could also
void any applicable warranties on the unit.
