Positive Self-Talk

Negative self-talk is when what your inner voice says is very negative. It’s often repetitive and
not based in reality. One way to help is to reframe negative thoughts in a positive way. Here’s
an example:
I’m a bad person. I’m a good person who made a mistake.
Take the sentences in the negative column and turn them into something positive. Then, list
some of your own negative thoughts and come up with a positive reframe.
