THE INTERN

Female 1 (57) – Senior HR Manager

Male 1 (48) – Team Leader
Female 2 (32) – HR Specialist
Male 2 (22) – New hire
Female 3 (68) – Retiring employee

Scene 1:
A corporate office’s HR meeting room. The characters are gathered to discuss improving
teamwork between different age groups in the company.

(Everyone is seated around a conference table.)

Female 1: Our employee survey shows that different age groups aren’t working well together. We
need to fix this.

Male 1: It’s hurting our productivity. Younger employees feel misunderstood, and older ones feel
undervalued.

Female 2: We can solve this by encouraging respect and understanding.

Male 2: We have so much to learn from each other.

Female 3: Different perspectives can drive innovation. We just need to bring those perspectives
together.

Scene 2:

(The team starts brainstorming ideas.)

Female 1: How about a mentorship program? Pair younger employees with experienced mentors.

Male 1: And create project teams with a mix of ages to encourage collaboration.

Female 2: We could organize workshops that focus on both soft skills and technology.

Male 2: Regular social events would help too. Casual interactions can build relationships.

Female 3: I can share the history of the company to instill pride and understanding.

Female 1: Great ideas! Let’s draft a plan and present it to the executives.

Scene 3:

(A month later, the team meets to discuss progress.)

Female 1: The mentorship program is a hit. Both mentors and mentees are benefiting.

Male 1: Cross-generational teams are coming up with innovative solutions.

Female 2: Workshops are popular. Employees are eager to learn and share.

Male 2: Social events are bringing people together. Different generations are connecting.

Female 3: My history sessions are sparking great conversations about our company’s legacy.

Female 1: We’re making excellent progress. Working together, we’re creating a stronger
company.
Scene 4

(Six months later, the team meets again to review the impact.)

Female 1: Employee engagement has improved a lot. The generational gap is closing.

Male 1: Productivity is up. Teams are more collaborative and creative.

Female 2: Retention rates have increased. Employees feel valued and committed.

Male 2: The mentorship program has been amazing for me. I’ve learned so much from Sophia.

Female 3: And I’ve enjoyed mentoring Michael. It’s fulfilling to share my experience and learn
from his fresh perspective.

Female 1: Different generations can learn so much from each other. By working together, we’ve
achieved amazing things and created a more harmonious workplace.

(The scene ends with the team celebrating their success and looking forward to more
collaboration.)
REMEMBER THE TITANS

- Male 1: School Principal

- Female 1: Science Enthusiast
- Male 2: Tech Whiz
- Female 2: Artist
- Male 3: Math Genius
- Female 3Team Captain and Athlete

Scene 1
A classroom in a high school.

(The students are gathered in the classroom. Male 1 enters with a serious expression.)
Male 1: (clears throat) Students, we have a challenge ahead. Our school’s performance in the
annual inter-school competition has been declining. This year, we need a project that truly stands
out.

Female 1: (raising her hand) We should focus on a science project. It’s the most logical choice.

Male 2: (shaking his head) No, we need cutting-edge technology. That’s what’s going to impress
the judges.

Female 2: (smiling) What about an art installation? Creativity always catches attention.

Male 3: (adjusting his glasses) Numbers don’t lie. We need a mathematically sound project.

Female 3: (nodding) And it has to have a practical application. Something that can be used in
sports or daily life.

Scene 2:

(The students start debating, each one defending their own perspective.)

Female 1: Science is fundamental to understanding everything else. It’s the best foundation for
our project.

Male 2: Without technology, your science project will be outdated. We need to innovate.

Female 2: But without creativity, it will lack soul. Art is what makes it engaging.

Male 3: Creativity is good, but it must be backed by solid data and mathematical proof.

Female 3: And we need to ensure it has practical value, or it won’t matter how innovative or
artistic it is.
Scene 3:

(Male 1 steps in, sensing the need for direction.)

Male 1: (calmly) Listen, everyone. Our strength lies in our diversity. Each of you brings
something unique to the table. What if we combine our strengths into a single project?

Female 1: (thoughtfully) Maybe we can create a scientific project that incorporates tech
elements.

Male 2: (nodding) We could develop an app that demonstrates a scientific principle.

Female 2: (excitedly) And I can design the user interface to make it visually appealing.

Male 3: smiling) I can handle the data analysis and ensure the math is solid.

Female 3: (enthusiastically) And we can make it an app that helps athletes improve their
performance, tying it to a practical use.

Scene 4:

(The students start brainstorming collaboratively, building on each other’s suggestions.)

Female 1: (grinning) We could develop an app that tracks and analyzes physical activity using
scientific principles.

Male 2: (typing on his laptop) I’ll start coding the app. We can use sensors to gather data.

Female 2 (drawing on a sketchpad) I’ll design the interface. It needs to be user-friendly and
attractive.
Male 3: (calculating) I’ll create algorithms to analyze the data accurately and provide useful
feedback.

Female 3: (smiling) And I’ll test it with the athletes and gather feedback to improve it.

Scene 5:

(A few weeks later, the team gathers again in the classroom, this time with Male 1 and a
celebratory atmosphere.)

Male 1: (holding up a certificate) I’m proud to announce that our project won first place at the
inter-school competition! This is what happens when we combine our strengths and respect our
differences.

Female 1: (cheers) To teamwork!

All students: (raising their hands) To teamwork!

Male 1: (smiling) Remember, our diversity is our strength. Together, we can achieve greatness.
