3.2 放卷机： 一台（二手，九成新）
Decoiler one（second-hand, ninety into new)
放卷机设置在清刷机的进出料侧，起收料作用，机组对带材进行放卷，
并建立前后张力，可恒张力和速度跟踪显示。
Located at the material inlet and outlet sides of stretcher leveler, decoiler plays
the role of receiving material. The unit collects and discharges coils of strips, set up
front and back tensions and is able to track and display the constant tension and speed.
放卷机为有缝式液压涨缩结构，主要由卷取机本体、直流电动机 、
压料装置、推料装置、 悬臂支撑等组成。
Decoiler is a seam-equipped hydraulic expanding structure, which is mainly
composed of coiler body, a DC motor, a material pressing device, a pushing device, and
a cantilever support.

3.4 900mm 清刷机 900mm cleaner
设备组成：前后被动夹送、清刷主机、万向轴、分配箱、55kw-6 变频
电机 、底座。
The composition of equipment: front and rear passive pinching rolls, host cleaner,
a cardan shaft, a distribution box, a 55kw-6 frequency conversion motor and a base.
前后被动夹送，夹送辊Φ160x900 mm 前后 4 支，进口铁辊 1 组，加立
辊导卫 1 组，手动操作。出口聚氨脂 1 组。主机四组铁刷辊Φ250x900mm，
销轴Φ90mm。压下采用Ф63mm 油缸 8 只，下面用升降减速器加手轮控制铁

刷辊上下，四组之中每组独立上下，上刷辊轴承座加同步齿轮，保持同步，
上下一致。万向节Φ153x800mm 共 8 支。牌坊厚度 100，上面用铁皮罩，防
止铁渣飞溅你，出口处连接铲头引头。分配箱齿轮宽 100mm。底座改成水箱，
平面侧板 120-150mm 拦板，预留除尘进口（除尘器客户自备）
Four front and rear pinching rolls are provided, which are Φ160x900 mm. 1 set
of imported iron rolls and 1 set of vertical roll guide and guard, are to be manually
operated. 1 group of export polyurethane. Host cleaner is equipped with four sets of iron
brush rolls Φ250x900mm with Φ90mm pin shafts. Eight Ф63mm cylinders are adopted
for pressing down device, under which are a lifting reducer and a hand wheel for control
of moving up and down of the iron brush rolls. Each of the four groups of iron rolls
goes up and down independently. The upper brushing rolls’ bearing seat is equipped
with a synchronous gear to achieve synchronous up and down actions. There are eight
Φ153x800mm universal joints. The housing is 100 in thickness, which is covered with
an iron sheet for prevention of iron slag splashing. Its exit is connected with the shovel
head leader. The distribution box gear is 100mm wide. The base has been changed to a
water tank, and 120-150mm plane side boards are used to form sideboard. A dust
collection inlet should be reserved (dust collector to be provided by customer).
3.5 转向辊： 二台

该转向机为单辊式转向辊，辅助收卷机收放卷
This deflector roll is a single-roll deflecting one, which assists coiler to collect
and discharge coils.

卷，并建立后张力，可恒张力和速度跟踪显示。
Located at the charging and discharging side of the deflector roll, coiler is used
for collecting and discharging materials. It is used by the unit to collect and discharge
belt coils, set up back tensions and is able to track and display the constant tension and
speed.
卷取机为无缝式液压涨缩结构，主要由卷取机本体、直流电动机、EPC
装置、压料装置、推料装置、浮动底座、悬臂支撑等组成。
Adopting a seamless hydraulic expanding structure, coiler is mainly composed
of the coiler body, a DC motor, an EPC device, a material pressing device, a material
pushing device, a floating base and auxiliary supports, etc.

3.7 电控设备：Electronic Control Equipment:
开、收卷机、 电控采用西门子 6R80 系列二桥四象限弱磁直流调速装
置，完成速度及张力控制，具有许多优异性能。高稳态精度及优良的动态响
应能力，电流速度自适应功能，能保机组的稳定可靠运行，减少本机的检修
维护时间。机组设计为纯速度控制系统 ，自动控制，还设有操作员单动控
制。全数字式直流传动装置，具有完善的保护功能。如：缺相、过载、过热、
电机堵转等保护。同时，电控还采用可编程控制器（PLC）实施机组的工艺
操作和逻辑控制。
Stretcher leveler, decoiler and coiler adopt Siemens 6R80 series, which is
two-bridge four-quadrant field weakening DC speed control devices for electronic
control to achieve speed and tension controls. The control devices are with many
excellent properties. Their high steady-state accuracy and excellent dynamic response
capability, and current speed self-adaptive function can ensure stable and reliable
operation of the machine, and reduce the machine’s maintenance and overhaul time. The
machine is designed as a pure speed control system with auto controls. It is also
equipped with operator single-action control. The all-digital DC transmission device is
equipped with a perfect protection function, such as phase loss, overload, overheating,
and motor stalling protections. At the same time, the electronic control also adopts a
programmable controller (PLC) to implement machine’s process operations and logic
control.
