About the AWS Training Partner program

Stand out as a trusted, official AWS Training Partner, by promoting your organization's ability to offer, deliver, and
incorporate the only official training authored by AWS. As an AWS Training Partner, you are uniquely equipped to
provide single-source simplicity and convenience for your customers by offering a broad set of AWS skill
development options. Re-engage existing customers and approach new customers with the ability to fill more
needs than before with a portfolio that includes AWS Classroom Training, AWS Digital Training, and prepaid AWS
Certification vouchers.

To help grow your business, AWS provides Training Partners with marketing programs to drive demand and tools
to engage, win, and guide customers on their learning journey. Your organization can leverage the AWS website,
Partner Solutions Finder, blogs, and social media to reach AWS customers seeking Training Partners and share your
customer success stories. The AWS Training Partner program features two partner tiers, AWS Advanced - Training
Partner and AWS Select - Training Partner, which provide a framework to recognize your business performance and
enable partner distinction. Each tier has its own set of requirements and reciprocal benefits including co-marketing
support and enhanced enablement.

Official AWS Training Partner status

• Promote your credentials: Earn and display your AWS Training Partner credentials
that mean trust, quality, and expertise.
• Distinguish yourself as an official partner: Differentiate yourself from unofficial

Requirements for the AWS Training Partner program

The AWS Training Partner program is open to new and existing AWS Partners. Upon joining the program,
partners are required to meet specific criteria to maintain membership within each tier. The extent of these
requirements will vary depending on partner tier level. Once you are an approved member of the AWS Partner
Network, the Training Program requirements include*:

Instructor-Led Training*

Ensure at least one individual within the company has completed the following training courses, after acceptance into the
program and prior to delivering AWS-authored training content:
a. AWS Sales Enablement Training (45 minutes)
b. AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials (6 hours)
c. Obtain AWS Certified Solution Architect- Associate Certification
d. AWS Authorized Instructor Training and Certification (course led plus a 3 day virtual assessment bootcamp)
Confirm a commitment to train a target number of individuals in the next 12 months
Complete and submit a Partner Business Plan for the next 12 months
Deliver one marketing demand generation campaign
Achieve customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 4.6/5 or greater
Ensure that any courses that are advertised as being AWS-authored use AWS-authored content only
Drive 2 publicly referenceable customer success stories or references every 12 months

Resell AWS- Authored Training

Ensure at least one individual within the company has completed the following training course, after acceptance into the
program and prior to delivering AWS-authored training content:
a. AWS Sales Enablement Training (45 minutes)
b. AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials (6 hours)
Confirm a commitment to train a target number of individuals in the next 12 months
Complete and submit a Partner Business Plan for the next 12 months
Deliver one marketing demand generation campaign
Ensure that any courses that are advertised as being AWS-authored resold are delivered by AWS
Drive 2 publicly referenceable customer success stories or references every 12 months

Digital Training

Ensure at least one individual within the company has completed the following training course, after
acceptance into the program and prior to delivering AWS-authored training content:
a. AWS Sales Enablement Training (45 minutes)
b. AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials (6 hours)
