I am going to talk about a place that I would like to visit. It is NT
beach. You know, NT is very famous place in Vietnam and
people often visit NT in summer.
I would like to visit NT with my family and we want to stay in a
big hotel near the beach.
In NT we can: {go swimming, and we can go sightseeing, we can
spend time in Vinpearl Land. There are so many activities there in
Vinpearl Land and we can enjoy sea food such as squid, lobster,
crab, fish… It is cheap and delicious ( đi lí sợt) we can take a lot
of photos and buy souvenirs for our friends.
I want to visit NT because NT has many beautiful beaches and
islands. People in NT are friendly and kind. The weather in NT is
good, it is not too hot or too cold. So I really like NT.

In the evening, I eat rice, Pho. Sometimes I eat pizza.
I don’t eat fast food because it is not good for my health. It is harmful.
Vegetable is good so we should eat more vegetables and fruits...

I read many kinds of books such as science fiction, novels, short stories, self help books,..It is relaxing and

I am going to tell you about my favorite book. It is a book about
English. It is a grammar book. Its name “ Grammar in use” it is
very popular. Students should buy this book for learning.
I bought this book in a bookstore near my house. It is cheap but it
is very interesting and helpful. I can learn more about (grammar,
vocabulary, words, vocabulary, reading, writing) You know, my
English is bad, English is not easy. I make mistakes, I don’t know
many words, vocabulary so this book helps me improve my
English. Thanks to it, I love this book very much.

Topic 6 Describe a house or an apartment you would like to live in

I am going to talk about a house I would like to live in. It is a big house in Hanoi. It is near the park and the

In my house, there are 4 rooms: living room, a bed room, kitchen and a bathroom....All the rooms are well –
equipped.
There is a sofa in the living room. There is a bookshelf ,TV in my bedroom. There is a big window in my room
so I can look at the trees. It is great.
So it is my dream house and I will try to work hard to buy one in the near future.

I am going to talk about a traditional festival in Vietnam. It is Tet holiday. Tet is in spring, it is in late January
and early February. The weather is cool. It is not too hot or too cold. It drizzles during Tet holiday.
Let me tell you about the activities Vietname people often do during Tet. Before Tet, we prepare a lot. We clean
our house, we decorate our house with flowers, make Chung cake, buy clothes for children.
During Tet, we go to the pagoda, we visit our relatives, we give lucky money for kids, we cook meals, we meet
each others....
I love Tet holiday beacuse I have more time for my family, I can come back to my hometown for family reunion.
I can spend time for myself I can relax. I often make a new year resolution (lên mục tiêu) and hope that every
thing will be better.

I am going to talk about a memorable event in my life. It is my birthday. I bought a big cake for me. We had a
party at home and I invited my friends and my colleagues to my house. It was great because we could spend time
together, dancing, singing and having meals together....It was very special and I cannot forget this day because
my son made me surprised because he bought me an expensive watch that I liked. He saved all his money to buy
it for me. I felt very happy. My best friend bought me a bunch of roses. I think that I need to work harder and
try more to be a better person. I am thankful/grateful for everything.

She is hardworking, friendly and kind. She always helps people. She is funny. She always makes me laugh with
her jokes.
Lan and I meet each other at the weekend, we go out and go shopping and drink coffee. We share difficulties in
life and we talk our problems and our dreams, our family. We share a lot of things in life together.
What makes me love her is that she is very strong and hardworking. She overcomes any difficulties in life and
she gives a lot of advice. And she helps a lot. So my best friend is Lan. I love her very much.

Then, I try every day. I work harder, I read books, I do exercises, I
speak English with my friends, tourists, foreigners. I watch films
and listen to English songs to Improve my English.

Sometimes, I enjoy watching some games shows such as The Voice or
Vietnam Got talent….It helps me relax.

I am going to tell you about something I own which is very important to
me. It is my Iphone. It is very important and useful for me. I can work
any time. I can check emails and discuss with my boss. It is a good way
for me to learn everything from English to cooking…. Sometimes I
watch videos, films and it helps relax. I love taking photos about my life
and nature, flowers and people.
However, I think I use my cellphone too much. I spend much time
on my cellphone. It is not good my health, my eyes and my job. It
is a bad habit. So I need to go out a lot, play sports and take part in
( tham gia ) outdoor activities. I should use my cellphone less.

Talk about the best holiday you’ve ever had

I am going to talk about the best holiday I’ve ever had. We went to HL bay last year with my family. We went
there by car and we stayed in a big hotel near the beach. It was great.
In Ha Long, we did a lot of things.
- We ate seafood such as crabs, lobster and fish. It was cheap and good.
- We went swimming in the morning, I built sandcastle.
- We took a lot of photos. I went sightseeing. I bought souvenirs for my friends.
I felt very happy because I spent great time with my parents. They were happy. HL is beautiful. I could reduce
stress and gained more knowledge.
I want to visit HL again in the near future.
