Minimum Requirements
Laptop with functional camera and microphone.
Keep you Speaker volume to 100%, so in case to warn you or troubleshoot technical issues, The proctor tries to connects you in video conference.
Intel i3 (4TH Gen) equivalent CPU or above
4gb RAM or above
Internet Speed – Minimum 1MBPS
2 Gb free hard disk space
Windows 8 or above
Mac 10.14 Mojave and above
To keep in mind
Common errors
Shut all other applications before taking the exam
Do not sit in front of a window or bright light. A plain wall background is the most suitable choice.
Once the exam is over, wait for the exam to complete uploading
Take a mock exam before the date of the actual exam
Look into the screen while giving the exam.
Uninstall Any Remote Tools installed or running in background. E.g. Anydesk or Teamviewer or Zoom or Webinar or Teams etc.

MONITORING
YOU ARE BEING CONTINOUSLY MONITORED BY ASSIGNED TRAINED PROCTOR.
Every Action/Event from Candidate end is recorded, captured and vigorously monitored by Proctor.
The Proctor has every right to Warn / Pause / Stop the candidate exam at any point of exam if he found any Malpractice
happening.
A Continuous video is being recorded(stored) and can be used as evidence to cancel that candidate candidature if he seems do
any kind of Mal-Practice during Main exam.
Whenever there is event, that Images and Video is saved separately with Rollnumber. Hence, be fair and give the exam with
Honesty.
The Proctor has the facility to do Video conference with candidate if there is any technical issue.
Do’s & dON’TS DURING THE EXAM
Specific Doʼs and Donʼts:
1. Do not move from your seats, during the exam. You cannot take biobreaks during the duration of the exam.
2. You should sit facing the screen throughout the exam and should not look sideways or down.
3. You are not allowed to keep mobile phones, digital watches, or any other electronic devices with you during the exam.
4. You are not permitted to wear sunglasses/headphones.
5. You should take the exam, seated in a room where there is sufficient light. You must ensure you are the only person in the r
oom during the examand there is no disturbance. Do not entertain any other person in the room
6. Do not contact/talk to anyone or take the assistance from anyone during the exam.
7. Do not keep any text or bits of paper or any material/notes/rough paper with you during the exam.
8. Do not access any other site/screen on your laptop/Personal computers during the exam.
9. Do not try to log in from multiple devices.
10. Do not google or search from any other source.
11. Do not lip-sync or read the questions aloud.
12. Do not cover your face with hair/mask/clothing or anything else
13. Do not have any background noise/voices/music//TV.
14. You are not allowed to have food/beverage during the exam except water.

WEBCAM or Integrated Camera Enabling or
Troubleshooting Guide
Just in case if the camera is not giving permissions or not being accessed by browser,
kindly�go through the following steps:
Check the camera is functional or NOT in Online Website:

Make sure you have only 1 camera (integrated first priority). If another camera is
present, please disconnect.
Make sure that camera is enabled in camera privacy settings: Kindly see Picture
The following services need to be enabled:

Windows Audio Endpoint builder
Web Management server
Starting the Exam Application
• Step 1 – Find download application from the below link

Go to downloads and double click on the application to install

click on it to proceed

AI CAM DETECTION: Exam Page
ERROR – 1: Away From Screen
If you are Not looking at screen
Or Not present in your Seat while
The exam is running, The AI would
Detect and pop-up the error as
Shown in the Picture.
Solution: Always look into the screen
and Do not wear any cap or Googles.

ERROR – 2 : Phone Detection
If you try to mobile phone in any angle, the AI would
Detect and throw-out an error as show in PIC
Solution: DO NOT USE MOBILE. IT WOULD BE
CONSIDERED AS MALPRACTICE.

ERROR – 3 : Book Detection
If you try to refer any book or sheet, the AI would
Detect and throw-out an error as show in PIC
Solution: Always look into the screen
and Do not refer any book.

ERROR – 4 : Multi Face Detection
If there are more than one face other than you i.e. your
Friend or any other person in can, the AI would
Detect and throw-out an error as show in PIC
Solution: Always take exam alone and do not take
any external help from others.. It would be considered as
Malpractice and may terminate your candidature.

ERROR – 5 : Switch User
If the Candidate tries to Switch User Using Ctrl_Alt_del
Option, the AI would Detect and throw-out an error as
show in PIC
Solution: DO not try to Switch User.. It would be
considered as Malpractice and may terminate your
candidature.
VM DETECTION: Exam Page
ERROR – 6 : Virtual machine
If the Candidate tries to Run the Setup in Virtual
Machine enviroment, the AI would Detect and throw-
out an error as show in PIC
Solution: DO not Use any Virtual machine related
Softwares.. It would be considered as Malpractice and
may terminate your candidature.

• You wont be submitting the exam
before 90 minutes.
• After 90 Minutes, you would be
getting I HAVE COMPLETED THE
EXAM BUTTON
• After clicking on Completed Button,
click Continue twice to submit the
exam.
• As submission is successful, you will
get THANK YOU page.
• You can exit at this point.

Communication
Proctor Candidate :
1. The candidate Details are displayed in Proctor Admin Panel. In that we have CandidateName_PhoneNumber. As first warning,
the proctor can call the candidate.
2. The Proctor from proctor Panel can do 2 way Audio-Video communication with candidate.
Candidate Proctor
1. If the candidate facing any technical issue and want to communicate with the Proctor. He / She may do so as Proctor Name and
Mobile Number is displayed on Candidate screen just right below the SRMJEEH Exam title.

Phone Number of Candidate would

proctor Contact number displayed
and the candidate can contact the
Proctor incase of technical issues.
