Pentecostal Fire Conference May 20th 2021

Isaiah 64:1-2
1 Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might flow down
at thy presence,
2 As when the melting fire burneth, the fire causeth the waters to boil, to make thy name known to thine adversaries,
that the nations may tremble at thy presence!

Isaiah 64:1 (AMP) Oh, that you would rip open the heavens and descend, make the mountains shudder at your
presence--

The Baptism of Jesus

Mark 1:9-10
9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.
10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove
descending upon him:

Mark 1:9-10 (MSG)

9 At this time, Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.
10 The moment he came out of the water, he saw the sky split open and God's Spirit, looking like a dove,
come down on him

Acts 10:38 (AMP) How God anointed and consecrated Jesus of Nazareth with the [Holy] Spirit and with
strength and ability and power; how He went about doing good and, in particular, curing all who were harassed and
oppressed by [the power of] the devil, for God was with Him.

With - metá; prep. governing the gen. and acc. Its primary meaning is mid, amid, in the midst, with, among, implying
accompaniment and thus differing from sún, together with, a conj. expressing union. With the gen. implying
companionship, fellowship.

Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

The Baptism of the Spirit is a proof of the presence of God.

The promise of the Father:

Luke 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until
ye be endued with power from on high.

Acts 1:1-5
1 The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,
2 until the day in which He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles
whom He had chosen,
3 to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them
during 40 days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.

3 (AMP) To them also He showed Himself alive after His passion (His suffering in the garden and on the
cross) by [a series of] many convincing demonstrations [unquestionable evidences and infallible proofs],
appearing to them during forty days and talking [to them] about the things of the kingdom of God.

4 And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for
the Promise of the Father, "which," He said, "you have heard from Me;
5 for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now."

Acts 1:3 (NIV) After his suffering, he showed himself to these men and gave many convincing proofs that he
was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God.

Receive Power to Be a Witness

Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses
unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth

1
Acst 1:8 (AMP) But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come
upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very
bounds) of the earth.

The fulfillment of the promise - the initial evidence that a believer is baptized in the Holy Spirit will be the
sign of new tongues.

The Coming of the Holy Spirit

Acts 2:1-4
1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord* in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house
where they were sitting.
3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them
utterance.

The Holy Spirit Falls on the Gentiles

Acts 10:44-46
44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.
45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the
Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.
46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God.

Jesus Calls Nathanael

John 1:47-51
47 Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!
48 Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called
thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.
49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.
50 Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou?
thou shalt see greater things than these.
51 And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of
God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.

Living under Open heaven – greater than miracles happening and signs and wonders.
Wherever you go you carry open heavens..

Open heavens includes Ministry of angels.

Hebrews 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of
salvation?

The presence of God coming upon Saul & his men

1 Samuel 19:18-24
18 So David fled, and escaped, and came to Samuel to Ramah, and told him all that Saul had done to him.
And he and Samuel went and dwelt in Naioth.
19 And it was told Saul, saying, Behold, David is at Naioth in Ramah.
20 And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and
Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also
prophesied.
21 And when it was told Saul, he sent other messengers, and they prophesied likewise. And Saul sent
messengers again the third time, and they prophesied also.
22 Then went he also to Ramah, and came to a great well that is in Sechu: and he asked and said, Where are
Samuel and David? And one said, Behold, they be at Naioth in Ramah.
23 And he went thither to Naioth in Ramah: and the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on, and
prophesied, until he came to Naioth in Ramah.
24 And he stripped off his clothes also, and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all
that day and all that night. Wherefore they say, Is Saul also among the prophets?

2
Horses and Chariots of Fire
2 Kings 6:8-20
8 Then the king of Syria warred against Israel, and took counsel with his servants, saying, In such and such a
place shall be my camp.
9 And the man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the
Syrians are come down.
10 And the king of Israel sent to the place which the man of God told him and warned him of, and saved himself
there, not once nor twice.
11 Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto
them, Will ye not shew me which of us is for the king of Israel?
12 And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king: but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of
Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.
13 And he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in
Dothan.
14 Therefore sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a great host: and they came by night, and compassed
the city about.
15 And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the
city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do?
16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
17 And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the
eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round
about Elisha.
18 And when they came down to him, Elisha prayed unto the LORD, and said, Smite this people, I pray thee, with
blindness. And he smote them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.
19 And Elisha said unto them, This is not the way, neither is this the city: follow me, and I will bring you to the man
whom ye seek. But he led them to Samaria.
20 And it came to pass, when they were come into Samaria, that Elisha said, LORD, open the eyes of these men,
that they may see. And the LORD opened their eyes, and they saw; and, behold, they were in the midst of Samaria.

Under the Old Covenant, The presence of God was with the Prophet, Priest or King. The Holy Spirit would
come upon on these 3 people. The common man did not have it.

God’s presence was only in The Most Holy Place

1 Kings 6:16 Then he built the twenty-cubit room at the rear of the temple, from floor to ceiling, with cedar boards; he
built it inside as the inner sanctuary, as the Most Holy Place.

Psalms 46:4 There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of
the Most High.

Exodus 26:31-34
31 "You shall make a veil woven of blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine woven linen. It shall be woven with an
artistic design of cherubim.
32 You shall hang it upon the four pillars of acacia wood overlaid with gold. Their hooks shall be gold, upon four
sockets of silver.
33 And you shall hang the veil from the clasps. Then you shall bring the ark of the Testimony in there, behind the
veil. The veil shall be a divider for you between the holy place and the Most Holy.
34 You shall put the mercy seat upon the ark of the Testimony in the Most Holy.

The Veil torn at the Death of Jesus

Luke 23:44-46
44 And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour.
45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst.
46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said
thus, he gave up the ghost.

Mark 15:37-39
37 And Jesus cried out with a loud voice, and breathed His last.
38 Then the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.
39 So when the centurion, who stood opposite Him, saw that He cried out like this and breathed His last, he said,
"Truly this Man was the Son of God!"

3
Size of the veil

It would have to have been 30 feet high to totally block off the view of the Holy of Holies.

1 Kings 6:19-20
19 And he prepared the inner sanctuary inside the temple, to set the ark of the covenant of the Lord there.
20 The inner sanctuary was twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and twenty cubits high. He overlaid it with
pure gold, and overlaid the altar of cedar.

1 cubit is 18 inches or a foot and a half. So the Holy of Holies was 30 feet long, 30 feet wide, and 30 feet
high. This means that the veil was 30 feet long.
1 Kings 6:23 Inside the inner sanctuary he made two cherubim of olive wood, each ten cubits high.

Secondly, the veil would have had to have been very high just to block the view of the cherubim inside,
because each of the two cherubim in there stood 15 feet tall.

Leviticus 16:2 and the Lord said to Moses: "Tell Aaron your brother not to come at just any time into the Holy Place
inside the veil, before the mercy seat which is on the ark, lest he die; for I will appear in the cloud above the mercy
seat.

Thirdly, the veil had to be high, because the glory of the Lord abode above the mercy seat in a cloud.

The Bible does not tell us how thick it was. In Rabbinic literature (the Mishnah, not Scripture), it is written saying
that the veil was an handbreadth thick (4 inches) — others have speculated that two horses could not have pulled
it in two.

The Father’s purpose - Bring you to Himself

Exodus 19:4-6
4 'You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles' wings and brought you to Myself.
5 Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to
Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.
6 And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.' These are the words which you shall speak
to the children of Israel."

1 Peter 2:9-10
9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may
proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have
obtained mercy.

Revelation 1:6 and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever
and ever. Amen.

Exodus 19:10-15
10 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their
clothes.
11 And let them be ready for the third day. For on the third day the Lord will come down upon Mount Sinai in
the sight of all the people.
12 You shall set bounds for the people all around, saying, 'Take heed to yourselves that you do not go up to the
mountain or touch its base. Whoever touches the mountain shall surely be put to death.
13 Not a hand shall touch him, but he shall surely be stoned or shot with an arrow; whether man or beast, he shall not
live.' When the trumpet sounds long, they shall come near the mountain."
14 So Moses went down from the mountain to the people and sanctified the people, and they washed their clothes.
15 And he said to the people, "Be ready for the third day; do not come near your wives."

Exodus 19:16-19
16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick
cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp
trembled.
17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the
mount.
18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke
thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

4
19 And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God
answered him by a voice.

Exodus 19:19 The trumpet blasts grew louder and louder. Moses spoke and God answered in thunder.

Not Natural Thunder sound

John 12:27-30
27 "Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say? 'Father, save Me from this hour'? But for this purpose I came to
this hour.
28 Father, glorify Your name." Then a voice came from heaven, saying, "I have both glorified it and will glorify
it again."
29 Therefore the people who stood by and heard it said that it had thundered. Others said, "An angel has
spoken to Him."
30 Jesus answered and said, "This voice did not come because of Me, but for your sake.

Acts 4:31 And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were
all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

Paul & Silas in The Philippian Jail

Act 16:25-26
25 But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to
them.
26 Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and
immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's chains were loosed.

Moses enjoyed the presence of God

Exodus 19:20-21
20 Then the Lord came down upon Mount Sinai, on the top of the mountain. And the Lord called Moses to the
top of the mountain, and Moses went up.
21 And the Lord said to Moses, "Go down and warn the people, lest they break through to gaze at the Lord, and
many of them perish.

Exodus 20:18 When the people saw the thunder and lightning and heard the trumpet and saw the mountain in
smoke, they trembled with fear. They stayed at a distance

Exodus 20:21 The people remained at a distance, while Moses approached the thick darkness where God
was.

Deuteronomy 5:22-
22 "These words the Lord spoke to all your assembly, in the mountain from the midst of the fire, the cloud, and
the thick darkness, with a loud voice; and He added no more. And He wrote them on two tablets of stone and gave
them to me.
23 "So it was, when you heard the voice from the midst of the darkness, while the mountain was burning with
fire, that you came near to me, all the heads of your tribes and your elders.
24 And you said: 'Surely the Lord our God has shown us His glory and His greatness, and we have heard His
voice from the midst of the fire. We have seen this day that God speaks with man; yet he still lives.
25 Now therefore, why should we die? For this great fire will consume us; if we hear the voice of the Lord our God
anymore, then we shall die.

Moses' wanted to see His glory

Exodus 33:11-23
11 So the Lord spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. And he would return to the camp, but
his servant Joshua the son of Nun, a young man, did not depart from the tabernacle.
12 Then Moses said to the Lord, "See, You say to me, 'Bring up this people.' But You have not let me know whom
You will send with me. Yet You have said, 'I know you by name, and you have also found grace in My sight.'
13 Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and
that I may find grace in Your sight. And consider that this nation is Your people."
14 And He said, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest."
15 Then he said to Him, "If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here.
16 For how then will it be known that Your people and I have found grace in Your sight, except You go with
us? So we shall be separate, Your people and I, from all the people who are upon the face of the earth."

5
17 So the Lord said to Moses, "I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My
sight, and I know you by name."
18 And he said, "Please, show me Your glory."
19 Then He said, "I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before
you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have
compassion."
20 But He said, "You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live."
21 And the Lord said, "Here is a place by Me, and you shall stand on the rock.
22 So it shall be, while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand
while I pass by.
23 Then I will take away My hand, and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen."

Exodus 3: burning bush

Exodus 7-11 Plagues
Exodus 13:21 And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire
to give them light, so as to go by day and night.
Exodus 14 parting of Red Sea

Highest desire of a child of God – See His face – see His glory

Psalms 27:8 When You said, "Seek My face," My heart said to You, "Your face, Lord, I will seek."

Psalms 105:1-4
1 Oh, give thanks to the Lord! Call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples!
2 Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works!
3 Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the Lord!
4 Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore!

The King of Glory

Psalms 24 :1-10 A Psalm of David.
1 The earth is the Lord's, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.
2 For He has founded it upon the seas, And established it upon the waters.
3 Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place?
4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully.
5 He shall receive blessing from the Lord, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6 This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face. Selah
7 Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come
in.
8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle.
9 Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
10 Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah

God is not Hiding His face from us Anymore

Ezekiel 39:29 And I will not hide My face from them anymore; for I shall have poured out My Spirit on the
house of Israel,' says the Lord God."

2 Corinthians 4:6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our
hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Colossians 1:15 (NKJV) He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

Colossians 1:15 (AMP) [Now] He is the exact likeness of the unseen God [the visible representation of the
invisible]; He is the Firstborn of all creation.

Colossians 1:15 (MSG) We look at this Son and see the God who cannot be seen. We look at this Son and see
God's original purpose in everything created.

6
Know His Will – Seek Him

Act 22:14 (NKJV) Then he said, 'The God of our fathers has chosen you that you should know His will, and
see the Just One, and hear the voice of His mouth.

Act 22:14 (NIV) Then he said: 'The God of our fathers has chosen you to know his will and to see the
Righteous One and to hear words from his mouth.

Acts 17:26-28
26 And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has
determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings,
27 so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is
not far from each one of us;
28 for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, 'For we are also
His offspring.'

Jeremiah 29:11-14 (NIV)

11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans
to give you hope and a future.
12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
14 I will be found by you," declares the LORD, "and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the
nations and places where I have banished you," declares the LORD, "and will bring you back to the place from which I
carried you into exile."

If you love Him, You will seek Him.

Find – mawtsaw - properly to come forth to, that is, appear or exist;

Be eternity oriented – Glory Conscious

Colossians 3:1-5
1 If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right
hand of God.
2 Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.
3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
4 When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.
5 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and
covetousness, which is idolatry.

John 4:14 but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give
him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life."

John 7:38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water."

Rivers - potamos; a river: - floods (2), River (2), river (6), rivers (4), riverside *(1), torrent (2).

2 Corinthians 3:5-18
5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God,
6 who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit;* for the letter
kills, but the Spirit gives life.
7 But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could
not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing
away,
8 how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious?
9 For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.
10 For even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect, because of the glory that excels.
11 For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious.
12 Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech--
13 unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end
of what was passing away.
14 But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament,
because the veil is taken away in Christ.
7
15 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.
16 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the
same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Romans 9:23-24
23 and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared
beforehand for glory,
24 even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

Hebrews 2:4-8
4 God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit,
according to His own will?
5 For He has not put the world to come, of which we speak, in subjection to angels.
6 But one testified in a certain place, saying: "What is man that You are mindful of him, Or the son of man that You
take care of him?
7 You have made him a little lower than the angels; You have crowned him with glory and honor, And set him
over the works of Your hands.
8 You have put all things in subjection under his feet." For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left
nothing that is not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put under him.

Psalms 8:5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and
honour.

Angels – Eloheem – Supreme God

Hebrews 2:9-10
9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and
honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.
10 For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to
make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

2 Thessalonians 2:13-14
13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the
beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth,
14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God,
and you are not your own?
20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

1 Peter 4:14 If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests
upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.

Jude 1:20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,

GLORY OF GOD!!!!

Romans 6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the
dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the
dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

Each born-again believer has the ability to manifest God’s glory here on earth, but we must believe when we
pray. That’s why Jesus told Martha that if she would believe, she would see the glory of God.

John 11:40 Jesus said to her, "Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?"

Finally, pray Ephesians 1:17-18—that you would know the hope of His calling, which is the hope of His glory.
Pray that you will understand the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.

Ephesians 1:17-18
17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in
the knowledge of Him,
18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the
riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

When we inherited Him, glory was deposited in us, but we have to receive revelation of what it means to walk
in that glory.

Acts 2:38-47
38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the
remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God
will call."
40 And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, "Be saved from this perverse
generation."
41 Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were
added to them.
The Fellowship of the Believers

42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in
prayers.
43 Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles.
44 Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common,
45 and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need.
46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their
food with gladness and simplicity of heart,
47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church those who were
being saved.

The Believers Pray for Boldness

Acts 4:23-34
23 And being let go, they went to their own companions and reported all that the chief priests and elders had
said to them.
24 So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: "Lord, You are God, who made
heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them,
25 who by the mouth of Your servant David have said: 'Why did the nations rage, And the people plot vain things?
26 The kings of the earth took their stand, And the rulers were gathered together Against the Lord and against His
Christ.'
27 "For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles
and the people of Israel, were gathered together
28 to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done.
29 Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your
word,
30 by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your
holy Servant Jesus."
31 And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all
filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

They Had Everything in Common

32 Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any
of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common.
33 And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace
was upon them all.
34 Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and
brought the proceeds of the things that were sold.

Acts 5:42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as
the Christ.
