¡ Service positions

NOTICE
The hydraulic oil should be at operating temperature 20-40°C.

1. Place machine in the service position. Refer to Service positions.

2. Lower the underbody skid plates 1 and 2.

3. Connect a pressure sensor (60 MPa) to 88830539 Measuring instrument.

WARNING
Risk of burns!

The exhaust pipe can be hot.

4. Connect the pressure sensor to the steering and dumping valve's pressure check connection M2.

Figure 3
WARNING
Do not remain under the machine when the engine is running.

WARNING
Risk of burns! Use protective work gloves.

NOTE!
Adjust with care and accuracy since ¼ revolution of the adjusting screw on the pressure compensator corresponds to approx. 1.5
MPa (15 bar) (218 psi). To adjust the pressure, loosen the lock nut on the pressure compensator and adjust on the adjusting
screw. Turn clockwise for higher pressure and counter-clockwise for lower pressure. Tighten the lock nut.

5. In order to be able to measure standby pressure only on pump P3, then pump P2 must be removed from the
measurement which is done by turning the adjusting screw counter-clockwise ½ turn on pump P2 which then gets a
lower pressure.

6. Start the engine and maintain an engine speed of at least 1200 rpm.

7. Turn to left full lock. Check the pressure, see Hydraulic pressure, specifications. Turn off the engine.

8. If needed, adjust the pressure on pump P3.

9. Adjust the pressure on pump P2 by exceeding the pressure for pump P3 and then going back to correct pressure.

10. Remove the pressure sensor.

11. Swing up the underbody skid plates.

12. Restore the machine from service position.
