2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that Executive
Order No. 226 with Title Institutionalization of the Doctrine of “Command
Responsibility” in all Government Offices particularly at all levels of Command in the
Philippine National Police and other Law Enforcement Agencies was disseminated
and understood by the personnel of this Unit. Attached are the pictures of the said
activities.
