2.00 Flooring & Cladding
Providing and laying of Designer Nylon Carpet with Rubber Base in Tile form of 17-19 ounce of different
types to be arranged as per the pattern specified in the drawings and as per the instructions of the
Other Architect. Rate to include installation and covering the carpet with plastic sheet, adhesives etc. complete

3.00 INTERIOR WORKS

3.01 False Ceiling -

Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisting of 12.5mm thick Gypsum plaster board suspended
on GI framework. GI framework to consist of GI perimeter channels 0.55mm thick 20mm x 30mm along
perimeter of false ceiling of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with nylon sleeves and screws @ 600mm
c/c. Suspending GI intermediate channels of size 0.9mm thick 45mm x 15mm from the soffit at max dist.
1220mm c/c with ceiling angle 0.55mm thick 25mm x 10mm fixed to soffit using proprietary supplied GI
cleats and steel expansion fasteners. G.I channels and 12.5 mm gypsum board. 12.5mm tapered edge
Gypboard (conforming to IS 2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm dry wall screws
As per at 230mm centres. Screw fixing is done mechanically with drilling machine with suitable attachment.
3.02 Gypsum False Ceiling Sft 870 85 73,950.00
FC plans Finally tapered edges of the Gyp boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which
includes filling and finishing with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of dry wall top coat
suitable for Gypboard. Rate to be included all kinds of profiles and cut outs required for light fixtures,
Speakers, Smoke detector, trap doors and AC grill in the ceiling.

5.00 Finishes
Providing and applying three coats of Plastic emulsion paint to all internal walls/ceilings, of approved
colour over a coat of water based primer including preparation of surface by thorough cleaning and

per manufacturers specifications and as directed. Rate shall include preparation of base surface, watering
