After that Maam Evelyn Orobia, RSW presided the meeting with the agenda Agenda: a. Formulation of Work and Financial Plan 2023 b. Advocacy Activity For the first agenda presiding officer Maam Orobia presented to the body that there is a need for the formulation of the Work and Financial Plan to track the different activities to be conducted for the LCATIVAWC. It will be the guide forthe council to monitor the plans, budget, activities and goals set of the council and when it will be conducted. She then gave the template/form to the body for their diferent activities. It was also agreed that the forms will be collected 2 days after today's meeting to give time On the Advocacy activities diferent activity must be planned and to be conducted as part of information, advocacy to stakeholders, barangay officals, members of the council and most of all the public about laws and ordinances concerning Anti- Trafficking, Anti- Violence against Women and theirChildren and other related laws, This will be additional information to fully protect oneself from abuse and exploitation especially to children. There are plan to conduct information campaign to the barangays, and other venues. They also suggested that the LCAT/VAWC can join during the Family Development Sessions of the 4 P's by giving information campaign. It was agreed that the secretariat will coordinate with the Municipal Link for the schedule of FDS in the different barangays. Lastly presiding officer encourage everyone to be one in upholding and promoting the rights and welfare of children in Libungan.
