On or about April 26, 2021, in the County of Los Angeles, the crime of ACCESSING
AND USING COMPUTER DATA WITHOUT PERMISSION, in violation of PENAL CODE
SECTION 502(c)(2), a felony, was committed by DIANA MARIA TERAN, who did knowingly
access and without permission take, copy, or make use of data from a computer, computer system
‘or computer network concerning SHERIFF'S DEPUTY DOE 11 and belonging to the LOS
ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
NOTICE: Conviction of the offense will require the defendant to provide DNA samples
and print impressions pursuant to Penal Code section 296 and 296.1. Willful refusal to provide
the samples and impressions is a crime.
