We pride ourselves on a responsive, convenient and thorough service. All fire safety work is preceded
with a live service report, and a quotation for any issues found. We contact you prior to any
scheduled work to arrange the most convenient time. Our attention to detail extends from obtaining
all necessary fire safety clearances to compiling reports. Fire and Wire maintains a vast array of
facilities and we are sure we can give you the highest quality service available. Quality drive us over

Melbourne’s trusted fire system maintenance team
Fire and Wire have a team of dedicated specialist service technicians with years of experience who enjoy customer
interactions. Our Technicians are highly trained, ESI Accredited and active in the ESI portal. Our transparent servicing and
reporting will reassure you that you have chosen the right service provider. We provide live reporting so you are up to date
with the state of your site whilst our technicians are on site.
24 hour On Call Emergency Service
Our Emergency after hours service operates on a 24 hour, 365 day basis. All after hours calls
are answered by our on call technicians that can access all site information and able to attend
to all your after hours needs. After hours are anytime outside our normal business hours which
are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Building and Workplace Fire Extinguisher Training
We have many years experience developing and delivering personalised training tailored
specifically to workplaces and buildings. Working with you, we will deliver a well-structured and
compliant Emergency Management Plan for your facility and personnel. We can also update or
provide new evacuation drawings for your facility.
Commercial business fire protection
If you manage commercial premises, then you need a trusted fire protection team who
understands the sophisticated and sensitive nature of your business. Whether it is a data
center, government building, medical facility or other high-level security setting, we can help
install, assess, and maintain your workplace’s fire safety systems with complete confidence.
Compiling Australian Essential Services Maintenance Reports
Fire and Wire use independent reputable audit companies to make sure your
AESMR’s are completed and compliant. Auditing our own work and then issuing an
AESMR is just wrong. Knowing the reporting is done independently gives you peace
of mind. As part of an annual maintenance package we can incorporate the audit
company’s fee with our annual maintenance contracts.
