Workload Analysis Template - Organizational Development - ADNOC Distribution

Purpose
This template is aimed at identification of adequate resourcing for an organizational unit (team, department, etc.) based on defined workload drivers as applicable

Using the Template


Refer to the 'Man Hours' sheet and try to fill in all the details as follows:

Position Name Call out the Job Role for which you are mapping the activity/work item

Organization Name Add the name of the team/section/department for which the activity will be mapped

Activity Add details of the actual work carried out. Try to capture the work at adequate level of detail to ensure objectiveness. Where feasible, ensure time can be represented in minutes instead of hours

Time Taken Capture the time taken to complete one instance of the work/activity described above

Periodicity Mention the periodicity of regular events (eg. Daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). For activities which are not regularly performed, fill as 1

Iterations Call out the iterations of an activity in 1 year time period (For periodic activities, fill as 1)

Total Hours This should be left blank. Values will be calculated based on other inputs

f. Schedule on-site training for tactical response team based on the site specific Emergency Response Plans.
g. Participation during actual exercise on several tasks and roles such as IMT Team/Observer etc.
h. Conduct the actual exercise in coordination business continuity and crisis management team and relevant stakeholders both internal and external parties.
