Check that all Full Body Harnesses and lanyards are in
good condition and free from defects.
Is the area supervisor / Foreman competent to oversee
the work activity? With a minimum of 5 years’
experience.
4 Competency
Requirements Is the Permit Holder (PH) aware of the risk associated
with the work activity.
Does the work require review by UJV scaffold/rigging
