INFANT Sample Meal Plan Handout

This plan is simply a suggestion of meals a baby could try. It is not
prescriptive, and many families don’t eat this much variety in a week. We
share this simply to inspire you and show you how many types of foods your
Meal Plan baby could have right now. Please do not feel pressured to offer any of these
foods on this timetable. The goal is for you to serve the foods your family eats –
AGE: 6+ MONTHS and that will look different in every family.
