operationalization.

5. Copy of License/ Authorization issued by Afghanistan’s relevant authority for international
carriage of goods / Copy of License/ Authorization issued by Pak Customs to Transport
Operators of Pakistan for international carriage of goods
6. Picture of the vehicle for record purpose
7. List of Drivers/ Helpers with copies of ID Cards/ Tazkira

1. Authority letter by Transport Operator
2. Two (02) Photographs of Driver
3. Valid Driving License of the Driver.
