“DRIVER” IN THE TERM OF THE FOLLOWING DECLARATIONS AND CLAUSES.
STATEMENTS
I. The PARTNER declares, through written and electronic means.

b) Be subscribed as a partner to the private transportation company UBER with
vehicles which are registered with the requirements that the same company
requests for the rental service in the city of Tijuana, Mexico.

previously identified and approved by the UBER company.
d) That it is your will to enter into this contract and be bound by its terms, in
accordance with the terms and conditions indicated below.
II. THE DRIVER declares that
a) Be a person properly identified and approved by the UBER company that allows you to
work as a private driver in the city of Tijuana, Lic. OF CURRENT MOTORIST No.

b) That has its current address and for all legal effects inherent to this contract

c) That he knows the operation of the UBER company, the capabilities and competencies
of private transportation in the city of Tijuana, which is why he intends to rent a
vehicle for private transportation use within the limits established by the UBER
system.
d) That requires and accepts for lease a vehicle owned by the PARTNER, which will be
available for periodic review by the PARTNER.
III. Objects of the CONTRACT
a) The purpose of this contract is for the driver to present the UBER service
exclusively for private transportation with credit and/or cash payment methods as
decided by the driver at the time of receiving the notification from UBER.
b) The PARTNER offers as a lease a vehicle brand 201_, 4 DOOR AUTOMATIC COLOR
________. , registered with the Secretary of Planning and Finance of Baja
California with INSURANCE PLATES broad coverage and special Uber insurance.
IV. BOTH PARTIES declare that:
a) That they know the functionality of the UBER system in its payment methods in
cash and by debit/credit card.
b) Trips paid by card will be deposited into the member's account, cash payments are
received directly by the driver.
c) There will be an agreement at the beginning of this contract of who will offer the
telephone that will be used for communication between the UBER company and
the attention of the requested transportation services.
d) There will be timely and immediate notification of any event that prevents the
operation of the activity that we carry out as Car Rental with driver, for which the
following clauses are granted.
CLAUSES
FIRST. USE AND CONDITIONS OF THE VEHICLE
a) THE DRIVER accepts a vehicle owned by the PARTNER in optimal mechanical and/or
physical conditions for the UBER service.
b) There will be responsibility NOT to operate the vehicle in a drunk and/or non-rational
state in addition to smoking inside it.
c) In turn, the DRIVER may have the vehicle available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
as long as this contract is in force, to offer the private transportation service with the

d) SECOND. SERVICES WITH THE VEHICLE
a) THE DRIVER commits to the UBER service to offer appropriate use where the life of
the vehicle is not sacrificed, considering preserving the quality of the vehicle
mechanically/aesthetically during the validity of this contract THE PARTNER
delivers the vehicle free of any surcharge and/or fine that prevents free movement
at the borders and limits indicated by the UBER company.
THIRD. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
a) THE PARTNER will be responsible for notifying THE DRIVER 5 days in advance of the
date of entry to the maintenance workshop selected by the PARTNER, so the
PARTNER will be responsible for covering the expenses for said ordinary service
considering that there is a handling appropriateness of the vehicle by THE DRIVER.
b) The percentage of kilometers traveled for the vehicle maintenance SERVICE must
be directly proportional to the number of kilometers/miles generated by trips in
the period, considering an additional 10% percentage for miscellaneous transfers.
c) Therefore, THE DRIVER will not be obliged to cover the established rental payment
while the vehicle is undergoing maintenance in the mechanical workshop. Your
payment will be proportional.
QUARTER. INCOME AND PAYMENT OF SERVICES.
a) THE MEMBER will receive weekly from the UBER company a list of the trips
covered by the DRIVER, in the leased vehicle and once the deposit has been made
into the MEMBER'S account, an electronic transfer will be made to the DRIVER's
account in the following 24 hours. hours.
b) The rent established in this contract for leasing the vehicle will be

on a weekly basis. These will be deducted from the bank account to which UBER
deposits for the trips made by the DRIVER during the week.
c) The rent is considered from Monday to Sunday, and will be paid or deposited on
Wednesday during the day before 6:00 p.m.
d) In order to guarantee damages, the driver must give the member a cash deposit in

FIFTH. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT.
a) BOTH PARTIES will be free to terminate this contract considering that there should
be no debts for any payment and/or repair of any material damage to the vehicle.
b) THE DRIVER must deliver the vehicle in optimal conditions as it was received.
c) THE PARTNER may terminate this contract without consideration by the DRIVER
when the time of use and/or conditions of the vehicle are not those established in
the previous clauses.
d) Likewise, the driver is obliged to immediately notify the member when he or she
changes his/her address other than the one registered in this contract.
This contract is signed on DE 2017, in the city of Tijuana, BC, before the signature
