contract with the Agreement No: 005/DIP-RASIO.SERVER/XI/2023
I, HADIK ADZKAR SOFYAN, have confirmed that payment to all nominees as on PGL will be within 3 (Days)
after receiving crypto funds and will disbursed per the IMDPA in this Payment Guarantee Letter.
The courts having jurisdiction for matters relating to the agreement shall have jurisdiction in respect of
matters relating to the agreement. The present guarantee shall come into force and shall take effect upon its
signature.
