1. Server Credentials
The host Operating System (OS) on the HP ProLiant server, is a windows server
2016 enterprise build. All applications developed for IPPIS were deployed on a
VMWare workstation 15 machine.

2. Network Infrastructure Credentials

The network in the call center is managed by a Mikrotik router. The network
design has to VLANS 192.XXX.1 and 192.XXX.2. There are two trunk ports from
suburban, supplying data and voice respectively. See table below for login
credentials:

3. MeksDonald CRM Application

The application was built with the MERN Stack and deployed on NGINX.
Application starts on server boot, and ends on server shutdown.

4. MeksDonald Call Center Application

The application was built using core Java language 8, MEAN Stack, MariaDB, and
REDIS. The application has two sections; The Manager, and the Agent Console.
The manager is hosted
on Jetty web server, while the Agent Console runs on an NPM package “forever”.
The call center application design was built on top of Asterisk Telephony Module,
and therefore has some
opensource Aheeva modules integrated. Please see table below for application
