Q. 1 If the distance between the points (0,y) and (8,9) is 8 units, find the value of y .

Q. 2 If the end points of a diameter of a circle are (-2,3) and (4,-5), find the coordinates of its centre.

Q. 3 Find the coordinates of the point which divides the line segment joining the points (2, -2) and (4, -3) in the
ratio 3 : 4 internally.

Q. 4 Write the coordinates of the point which divides the line segment joining the points P(x 1,y1) and
