安全交底内容 1.
Content All operators should strictly follow site management and relevant safety
requirements.
PPE must be properly worn when entering the construction site
3.。The operator must hold a license to take up his post, be familiar with the
working procedures and the performance of the machine, and be able to perform his
duties conscientiously; it is strictly prohibited to arrange for operators who have
no working experience of the vehicle to enter the car.

一、起重机作业前的注意事项
Matters needing attention before crane operation
1、检查各安全保护装置和指示仪表应齐全。Check all safety devices and indication
instruments to be complete
2、检查钢丝绳及连接应符合规定。Inspection of wire ropes and connections shall
comply with regulations
3、充分检查工作地点的地面条件、及回转半径内无障碍物。Fully inspect the ground
conditions at the duty station, and no obstructions within the radius of rotation.
4、调节支腿，务必按规定顺序打好伸出支腿、使起重机呈水平状态、调整机体使回转支撑面的
倾斜度符合要求（水准泡居中）。Adjust the support legs, and make sure that the
extension legs are laid out in the specified order, so that the crane is in a
horizontal state, and the inclination of the rotating support surface of the
machine body is adjusted to be in accordance with the requirements (the level
bubble is centered).
二、作业中严格遵守以下要求
Strictly abide by the following requirements in the operation
1、严禁超负荷起吊。Forbid lifting objects out of crane capacity.
2、重量不明、埋在地下或冻结在地面上的物件不吊 Forbid lifting objects of uncertain
weight or embedded underground or frozen on the ground.
3、起吊物捆绑不牢或吊物上有浮动物件不吊。Prohibit hoisting objects that are not
bound firmly or with unsteady object on them.
4、吊物上站人或吊物越过人头不吊。Prohibit lifting objects with a person standing on
them or objects go across the head of a person.
5、安全装置失灵没有防范措施不吊。Never hoist any object when precautionary measures
are not taken in case of safety device failure.
6、机械、电气部分发生故障或结构部分有异常情况未排除不吊。Never hoist any object
when there is mechanical or electrical failure or if the abnormality in crane
structure is not removed.
7、指挥信号不明或乱指挥不吊。Don’t hoist any object with unclear or disordered
signal.
8、大雾、雷雨天气或夜间视线不清不吊。It is not permitted to lift under dense fog,
thunderstorm or at dim night without lighting.
9、爆炸品、危险品、边缘锋利物件没有防范措施不。Never hoist explosives, hazardous
articles or sharp-edged objects without protective measures.
10、下雨或风速超过 9m/s ，不得进行任何作业。It is forbidden to do lifting work when
its rainy or the wind speed is bigger than 9m/s.
11、起重机械吊有重物时，司机不得离开操作室，更不允许吊着重物过夜。长时间停止工作
时，要把重物放下，发动机熄火，踩下制动器，脱开离合器，操作杆置中位，回转制动器拉
好，锁销插好。There is heavy lifting crane, the driver shall not leave the

12、作业时，操作人员不得与他人闲谈或从事与操作无关的事情。因夜间照明不足， 指挥人
员看不清工作地点，操作人员看不清指挥信号时，应立即停止作业，并做好防范措施。

that have nothing to do with the operation. Because of the lack of lighting at
night, the conductor cannot see the work place clearly, and when the operator
cannot see the command signal clearly, he or she should stop the operation
immediately and do a good job of preventive measures.
13、防干涉措施：当两台吊车进入干涉区域时，操作人员要加强监护，对两台吊车的相干涉位
置清晰明确。当两台吊车在干涉区域工作时，后进入干涉区域的吊车，必须至少保证和另一台
吊车的相对干涉距离 10 米以上。在干涉区域工作过程中，旋转运动的吊车必须保证和静止的吊
车相对干涉距离 10 米以上。 prevent interference Operating Instructions ：When two
cranes work in the interference area the operator must strengthen the monitoring
and we have clear perspective for two cranes phase interference position. When two
cranes on interference regional work, after entering interference regional cranes,
It must be ensure that the relative distance of at least 10 interference meters
above to another crane. In the interference regional work process, the rotary
motion cranes must ensure that the stillness of the crane relative distance 10
meters above.
三、起吊作业停止后注意事项
Matters needing attention after suspension of hoisting operation
1、作业完毕后应摘除挂在钩子上的任何索具和物品，吊车停放必须安全可靠，采取相应的防风
措施。Operation should be removed after the hanging hook, rigging and any items to
be safe and reliable cable car parked and take the appropriate precautions.
