RE: Vendor Trade Compliance, Import Document Requirements {US Northeast}

All Vendors / Suppliers shipping imported products to Goya Foods Inc. must be comply with Customs and
Border Protection rules, regulations and requirements.

Importer Security Filing (ISF 10+2) Notification to Goya Foods Inc as required by law:

• Vendor / Supplier is required to notify import shipment details on the attached format, 48-
72 hours prior to loading on vessel.
• Failure to comply with this requirement will subject Vendor / Supplier to any Fines and
penalties which U.S. Customs imposes on Goya Foods Inc.
• Attached to this notice, find Goya’s ISF 10+2 Template.

Required Import Documentation

• Commercial Invoices
o Send additional copy of commercial invoice to Accounts Payable: [email protected]
• Packing lists
• Other documents; permits, quota certificates etc
• Copy of Bills of Lading
