Year-1 Year 2-5 Compensation For Lost Units

Year 1: Say your plant only generates 3000 units in Year-1. So, you will get a compensation of ₹ 9600 {(4200-3000)*8} from
SolarSquareat the end of Year 1
Year 2 to 5:If your plant generates 16300 units, you will get a compensation of ₹ 4000 {(16800-16300)*8} from SolarSquare at
the end ofyear 5

Terms and conditions for Savings Guarantee

1. Final confirmation of Generation commitment for GoodZero shall be done after Detailed Engineering Visit and final design approval from
the customer.
2. Lost unit in a period = Committed generation for the period - Deemed Generation loss.
3. Excess units at the end of Year-1 will be carry forwarded to the next period.
4. Units displayed at the inverter will be considered as the source of truth for the purpose of final calculation.
5. Deemed Generation loss - Generation loss due to grid electricity downtime. Wi-fi disconnectivity, any physical changes at the site that
may cause excess shadow or soiling like construction etc, missing of cleaning cycle due to customer, unpredictable events like earthquake,
cyclone, external damage etc that are beyond our control.
6. The customer must provide wifi upto the inverter.
7. The savings guarantee will be applicable after the initial 30-day stabilization period.
