NIPON – DOUBLE TIER BICYCLE RACK Japan

INTRODUCTION

NIPON designed the DOUBLE TIER SYSTEM to maximize bicycle parking area.

With slight force, the top tier bicycle parking can be push up or pull down. This is
all due to the hydraulic system that helps to minimize the weight and allow a
smoother loading of bicycle on top tier.

To withstand knocks damage and weather corrosion, the product is framed with
thick galva mild steel material. On the external it is powder coated.

The latest version (2017) is designed with a anti-theft “L” shape bar at the
bottom.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The rack uses the latest HYDRAULIC SYSTEM instead of the old HYDRAULIC
PUMP.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM uses 2 layer of compressing systems internally …. meaning 1

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM is equivalent to 2 HYDRAULIC PUMP.

This latest design allows a much smoother fluid flowage in the system. Also it
lengthen the product lifespan as per pump only need to sustain 50% of
compression strength.
