8 this is a COMPLAINT Supplement 2 of many different issues but are all
9 interrelated.

11 Due to Olga (my 91-year-old wife) having been in hospital for nearly 3 weeks and I now am
12 caring for her at home day and night to try to get her back to a better health where the medical
13 profession at the hospital essentially gave up on her and made her condition worse, which I view
14 itself should also be investigated (see my set out quoted below) I have been limited to attend to
15 many other issues. However you may note the relevance anyhow such as that Austin Hospital
16 tried to force upon my wife one of those blue mask the hospital demands patients and visitors to
17 wear, regardless that my wife suffers from health failure and is in stage 3 kidney failure and a
18 nurse twice tried to force a mask onto my wife’s face, which my wife refused as in any event she
19 has a mask medical exemption, but the following 2 days they tried again, and then as shown
20 below I posted around and attached to my wife’s hospital a notice! However, as also shown in
21 the document quoted a woman who had breathing nevertheless was having a mask on her, but
22 the following day they replaced it with an oxygen mask. It is therefore very clear that Austin
23 Hospital couldn’t give a darn about what is or isn’t lawfully permitted and so patient’s rights and
24 seeks to enforce the WHO VETERINARIAN March 2020 demands to wear a mask. Obviously,
25 why do we have a Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth) if some foreign entity, by a VETERINARIAN
26 can dictate what the medical profession for humans that is can or cannot do? As QUARANTINE
27 regarding “man-kind” infectious diseases fall in the exclusive domain of the Commonwealth
28 then I view the States have no legislative, executives and/or administrative powers to enforce any
29 unconstitutional mandated and those nevertheless seeking to enforce against Australians
30 constitutional rights the unconstitutional demands should be immediately charged and
31 imprisoned, including any member of government and/or any member of Parliament as well as
32 the medical profession and others who are collaborating with this kind of terrorism against
33 Australians and others.

35 Former President Donald J trump as is widely known was recently the target of an assassination
36 attempt and while it may easily be disregarded as being an American issue, reality in my view is
37 that it is actually a world wide issue. This, because in recent years Presidents of various nations
38 were assassinated where they refused to fall in line with WHO and W.E.F. including a President
39 who was a scientist and at the time questioned the validity of the “covid scam” jabs. I wrote

41 This then brings in question if we had members of the current government and/or previous
42 government likewise been threatened if they didn’t follow the line set by the W.E.F. to be killed.

5 to have them locked up in detention centres, put them into hotel quarantine, have them subjected

18 vaccine never was a vaccine at all but a “gene treatment”. As such, technically every person

2 95% saline (placebo) contents.

5 and as such the claimed 100% preventing COVID-19 could only be claimed if Pfizer CEO
6 Albert Bourla knew there never existed a “COVID-19”. Let us not forget that as I understand
7 Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla was the one that those spreading misinformation/disinformation
8 should be charged as criminals. Well, what about reclaiming the monies from Pfizer for the
9 FAKE covid-19 vaccines, and the fraud involved?

14 If going by the above video the first jab was for about 95% containing a placebo (saline), then
15 this in my view was a fraud upon Australian taxpayers, as well as people were subjected to
16 unconstitutional MANDATES for a jab that never could in any way prevent a person to be
17 protected against a non-existing covid-19. As in real terms it was influenza and other illnesses

33 asked why wearing a mask and one of them made clear to protect her grandmother. That in
34 2024! As such, she has been brainwashed like anything and in the process not likely
35 understanding that by wearing a mask she is preventing likely sufficient oxygen to her brain, etc,
36 and may harm herself considerably.

41 Getting back to the USA President and/or imposter, surely one has to ask who is the
42 Commander in Chief? After all how can Australian armed services work with American

45 As indicated in past writings NATO is publishing the “kill list” for Ukraine in my view the
46 Commonwealth of Australia should do well to stay clear from NATO, Ukraine, the USA and
47 China, other then limited non political contacts

14 direct participation and financial support of the West, Russian Foreign Ministry
15 spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.
16 She was commenting on assassination threats against the Russian president
17 mentioned recently by the head of Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate
18 (GUR), Kirill Budanov.
19 “There is no doubt that such crimes were planned and financed with the
20 participation of the Anglo-Saxon masters of the Kiev regime,” Zakharova said
21 on Thursday during a briefing with reporters.
22 Such incidents serve as evidence of Western powers being complicit in
23 the “criminal activity of the Kiev regime,” she claimed.

1 Budanov, who had been placed on Russia’s terrorist and extremist list, revealed
2 efforts by Kiev to kill Putin in an interview with Ukrainian news outlet NV
3 published last week.
4 The head of Kiev’s military intelligence claimed that his agency, the successor to
5 the Soviet KGB, has made several attempts to assassinate the Russian president
6 without providing any further information.
7 “[Attempts to assassinate Putin] took place, but, as you can see, they were
8 unsuccessful thus far,” Budanov declared.
9 Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said Moscow was aware of Ukrainian
10 threats to assassinate Vladimir Putin, and that the security of the president is
11 established “at the proper level.”
12 Since the start of the Ukraine conflict, several Western media outlets have
13 reported attempts on Putin’s life by Kiev. In September 2022, British tabloid The
14 Sun reported that an explosion occurred near the Russian president’s motorcade,
15 which the Kremlin dismissed.
16 In 2023, Moscow foiled an attempt on Putin’s life after Ukraine launched two
17 drone attacks intended to strike his official residence. The aircraft were downed
18 without causing any casualties or damage.

32 assassin from Saturday’s rally in Pennsylvania is not the only party seeking to end his life.
33 Intel gathered by U.S. sources weeks ago revealed Iran had crafted a plot to assassinate the
34 president.
35 The Iranian plot and Saturday’s shooter — Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20 — do not appear
36 to be connected, according to CNN.
37 CNN cites “multiple people briefed on the matter” as sources for the claim, without
38 naming said sources.
39 “Secret Service learned of the increased threat from this threat stream,” one source told
40 CNN. “In response to the increased threat, Secret Service surged resources and assets for
41 the protection of former President Trump.
42 “All of this was in advance of Saturday.”
43 The Secret Service chose to increase Trump’s level of security in response to the intel
44 weeks ago per the report, which raises even more questions as to how such serious security
45 failures occurred Saturday.
46 Crooks was able to get multiple shots off despite local authorities and security
47 personnel being warned of Crooks nearly 30 minutes in advance of the attack, which
48 ended with the presidential candidate shot through the ear and one of the rally
49 attendees dead.

47 About my wife’s hospital ordeal. I understood from the doctor that my wife may never again be
48 able to walk as she couldn’t even stand without a lot of pain. However, a week at home she now
49 stands on her own without all the pain as she had in hospital. She walks about 16 meters, albeit
50 holding my hands to balance. While it will not be overnight to get rid of the markings, some
51 progress appears to be made. Admittedly my wife always banned me from the laundry but now
52 she is confined to the bed, I can finally play with her toys! 😊

8 Olga (my 91-year-old wife) suffers from something like Vertigo in addition of having heart
9 failure with her heart pumping for a mere 30%, and valves leaking and other comorbidities.

11 The Vertigo started on 29 November 2023 to an incident and I have since been caring for her.
12 Then she slowly had the increase of Edema, where her legs were bulging, etc. Wondering if I
13 could increase her Burinex from 1 to 2 tables a day I held it better to take Olga on Sunday 23
14 June 2024 to Austin Hospital to consult a doctor about it. He held it was ok for Olga to have 2
15 Burinex a day but also held better for Olga to stay overnight for observation as the blister (about
16 the size of a 20 cents coin) fluid had been weeping from there.
17 Well, On Wednesday 26 June 2024 the doctor informed us that Olga was to be released that day
18 and after that a wound nurse MEI attended to change the bandage before we left. Well, things
19 dramatically changed because she discovered no blood pressor on Olga’s right foot toes and 50%
20 on left foot. Meaning, Olga wasn’t going home. Olga ended up being released on Friday 13 July
21 2024 meaning she spend nearly 3 weeks in hospital. Well, the Edema fluid retention went, as I
22 held increasing the Burinex, but the blister since has become a terrible event. I will include some
23 photo’s what happened at Austin Hospital. Mind you, that for the about 7 months I was caring
24 for Olga since the 29 November 2023 incident Olga never had any infections. Perhaps because I
25 used to have her foot in a small basin with warm water with Pinetarsol in it (no soap – to
26 prevent burning). See her right leg no reddish colour that Austin Hospital is due to arteries/veins
27 being blocked! Her left leg was clear of any blisters before admission into Austin Hospital, and
28 yet nevertheless this too turned considerably red during the stay at Austin. If it was due to the
29 arteries/veins blockage then I view the same should have been eventuating over the months prior
30 to admission into Austin Hospital!!

15 special medication, etc, that Austin used and simply relying upon keeping her leg clean and
16 keeping her as much as possible mobile and ensuring fresh air to come to her feet, somehow I
17 had a remarkable different result then Austin Hospital proved to have!

2 A nurse tried to put a mask on Olga and Olga then refused it, and the nurse then tried again, and
3 Olga made clear she has a medical exemption. The next day a nurse again tried to get her to put
4 on a mask. The day thereafter again a nurse tried Olga to put a mask on, this even so Olga has
5 medical exemption and this as she has already heart failure, etc and cannot restrict her breathing.

7 First the doctors held that Olga should have stents but I objected and a kidney specialist was
8 called in who I understand made clear that to use a die with Olga being stage 3 kidney failure
9 patient this could be of serious harm. Prior to admission Olga was about on 30 but at release I
10 understood she ended up on 23 or thereabout, meaning her kidney had worsened while in
11 hospital. Also, any anaesthetic could be dangerous to Olga, as she was previously advised by a
12 specialist due to her nearly dying then. Also, her private cardiologist had recently made clear
13 Olga was too weak to have an operation. In the end the medical team at Austin Hospital decided
14 that only medication could be used. So, they prescribed another 10 but dropped one!

19 vermicelli or whatever was still on the plate of a previous patient. When I alerted a nurse to this,
20 she tried to tremove it but couldn’t because it was baked onto to the place. Not particular

1 When Olga could no longer wiat for the bedpan she well did it on her bed and it streamed onto
2 the floor. Nurses then used towels to clean the floor. Well to dry it a bit by the towels soaking it
3 up, a bit. And well below on 9 July 2024 you can see my shoe prints in the still sticky floor.

11 blue mask the hospital provides, this even so she was having breathing problems and then the
12 following day I noticed that nurses were trying to get an oxygen mask to work for her because
13 she was having breathing problems.

16 Director-General of WHO dictated that all people should wear a mask (even so there was NO
17 scientific basis for this, and well those in the medical profession for humans then decided that a

19 (for humans).

1 I will make it very clear that both Olga and myself held that most nurses were very good and
2 diligent but you always have so to say some bad apples, and the same with doctors.
3 At times I did ask a nurse about something and a nurse then would respond that it had to be
4 authorised by a doctor and should be on the computer (they are using). As such, I do not seek to
5 blame any nurse where they were not provided with any authority!
6 Providing chocolates to some staff was OK, but when I provided to 3 nurses with vouchers for
7 their remarkable good attention to Olga (as I am not a patient, I hold I am entitled to do so in my
8 own name) the hospital made clear I could donate to the hospital or to the ward but not specially
9 to any nurses. Well, considering the above I had no intention to donate to the hospital and neither
10 to the ward as then the staff that I view failed to properly care for Olga somehow would still be
11 rewarded. So, the 3 nurses were ordered to give back to me the vouches. I make clear that my
12 41-year-old son was in recent months in and out of hospitals and he gave 3 nurses vouches and
13 that never was a problem, albeit in a different Melbourne hospital.
14 I did request the head nurse to provide me with a copy of the hospital rules and she made clear
15 that it was Austin fundraising Department that set the rules. However, when I asked her again to
16 have it in writing she never provided this, albeit she turned up with stating that it was
17 “government guidelines” but did not provide me with any details where I could get those
18 guidelines and neither was anything to my knowledge stated in the brochure that is at the bedside
19 of Olga.
20 Olga had for 3 days blood in her nose (at the hospital) and yet no one seemed to notice, until I
21 finally made it known! Also, on the day of discharge there were blood spot on her pillow (came
22 from her right outside ear) and again no nurse attended to it.
23 Olga was much hallucination, and talking, etc, while in hospital but from the time Olga was
24 home, at no time did she do so. Meaning, to be back home was settling her quickly.

26 Below is the list of medications, I numbered them and so each box containing medication to
27 make it easy for Olga and avoid overdosing in error.

6 When Olga was discharged on Friday 13 July 2024 it was made clear we never do allow home
7 visits and so I would be looking after Olga. After all, considering what I achieved over 7 months
8 versus the disastrous results in less than 3 weeks by Austin Hospital I view I might be the better

34 drastically change to her legs in such a short time! In my view not airing the legs sufficient may
35 rather have caused the red markings on her legs. Also, the lack of exercise. Olga is amazed how

37 comfortable as possible. Austin Hospital has a ‘walker” to assist with walking that a company
38 rents out for $10 a week. I ordered from TEMU an adjustable support band is $15.99 and I
39 showed it to Olga and she declared she wasn’t going to use it. I just put it on and suddenly Olga
40 grabbed it and declared it was better then the walking frame! Actually, also for me as there is
41 now no strain on my back when she needs to get up or down. Austin in my view could save a
42 fortune to just purchase items from TEMU then hiring them! Then again, I am not managing
43 Austin Health, and well they lack in my view proper management for many years!

23 measles, mumps rubella vaccine, MMRII, did not maintain the stated potency over its
24 shelf-life, in violation of FDA regulations.
25 Rather than recalling the vaccine or attempting to develop a different formula, the
26 company spent years trying to develop new and more sensitive ways to test the existing
27 vaccine that would show high efficacy results, so it would still be in compliance with
28 regulatory requirements and allow Merck to maintain its exclusive license.
29 Merck did this even though its existing data showed the vaccine was significantly less
30 effective than claimed, Kessler wrote.
31 To temporarily make the drug meet Merck’s efficacy claims while the company developed
32 tests, Merck increased the dosage of virus present in the vaccine — with the FDA’s
33 knowledge — although the higher dosage was never tested in clinical trials for either
34 safety or efficacy.
