Using smaller needles, CO 76 sts using 1x1 rib long- round. 23 sts decreased. (46 sts)

Join to work in the round, taking care not to twist the
stitches. PM to indicate start of rnd. Decrease Rnd 4: *K2tog; rep from * to end of
