· APP LI CATIO N :
Tray Driers are us ed for the best drying results in conventional process. Dry ing
oven is specially des igned for Bulk Drug, Pharm aceuticals, Chem icals,
Food, Paints, Textiles & other indus tries. It is well accepted for econom ical
drying of powder, granules , food m aterial & chemicals.
· C O N ST RUC TI ON :
Dry ing oven is fabricated out of r igid angle iron frame with double walled
panels insulated with best quality compres sed fiber glass and with a rigid door
fitted with s trong hinges and best chosen locking arr angem ent. A control
panel is fix ed in front of the oven to facilitate the oper ation. It is manufactured
from SS 304 quality from inside & outside & polished to the m irror finis h in the
inside & m att finish on the outs ide.
One no. door is provided at the fr ont side of the Drier. Door lips are lined
with r ubber gasket to prevent leak ages. S uitable robust locking arrangement and
hinges are provided on the door.
· HE A TI NG :
The drying oven will be provided with heating mode as electrically heated.
In electrically heated m odel, digital temperature c ontroller is pr ovided with
digital timer.
· A I R HAND L IN G UNI T (AH U ) AT I N LE T :
A highly effective A ir Handling Unit at Air Inlet will be provided wherein Blower
and
A HU with filter s, heater and dehumidifier are housed separately in the service
zone to av oid sound pollution as well as to avoid interference of the maintenance
people in the production zone. The constr uction of unit from internal is of S S
304 quality and M.S . duly painted from external s ide. It has 25m m thick ins
ulation between two different metal bodies to which ensures heat / tem perature
loss .
The air intake section has a full face external flange for attachment of angle intac t,
or and extended inlet air duct. Inlet sys tem comprising of 20 Micron Pr e-Filter
followed by De-humidifier unit. De-humidifier unit comprising of chilling coil for
maintaining the proper humidity. The configuration of dehum idifier shall be S
hell and Tube ty pe ( Extended area), Multipass, fixed head type having
Chilled water inlet & outlet c onnections completed with bonnets , pass par
ticipation plates and entrainment s epar ator duly mounted on str uctural s upport.
Further it pas ses through Heaters designed for m ulti pass prov iding adequate
heat transfer area to ensure the temperatur e of air.
Further it pas ses through Fine Filter of 5 Mic ron then thr ough HEP A Filter of

· C O N TR O L P AN E L :
S emi-automatic & Non FLP Type contr ol panel is fitted on the side of the Drier.
It c ons is ts of S tarter s, contac tors, safety relays , circuit breakers , indicating
lamps, push buttons , timers, c ontrollers etc .
Digital Tem per ature Controller with Tim er is supplied to facilitate
uninterrupted work ing from batc h to batch.
Note : FLP Type Control P anel can be provided at an extra
cost.
· T RAYS :
S .S. 316 Trays of 22 SWG. ( as standard supply) of jointless constr uc tion
and m ir ror polished can be provided at an extra cos t. We can also provided 18
SWG.
Note : Tray of 20 S WG. / 18 SWG. can be provided at extra cost as
per requirement.
· S HELV ES :
Fixed type shelves made from S.S. 304 quality angle section is provided within the
c ham ber.
Note : Trolley can be provided at ext ra cost as per
requirement.
