法兰连接扬旗式机械通球指示器是由机械接触式主体、扬旗指示器表头组成，具有指示直观、
机械部分自动复位、显示部分手动复位等特点。管线内正、反两个方向通过清管器时指示器都可正常
显示，可以在管线上定位、定点的通过机械结构传递出管线内清管器的通过情况，为操作者提供信
息、指导工艺流程的转换。
Flag Mechanical Pig Signaler with flanges, composed of mechanical contact-type main body and
flag head. It has the feature of visual indication, mechanical parts automatic reset, visual section
manually reset. And the pig’s running can be normal showed at two directions of front and reverse in
the pipeline. Signaler can indicate the pigs passage situation by the mechanical structure of the
positioning and fixed point, provide the information for operator and guide the technological process of
switching.
一、指示器基本结构：Basic structure
基本结构（见附图）
，指示器主要由机械接触
式主体及扬旗指示器组成：
Basic structure (refer to figure), composed
of mechanical contact type main body and

1、 探针：可双向转动。
Probe: Bi – directional swing.
2、 下法兰：焊接性能良好的碳钢、合金
钢或 304 不锈钢制成。
Down flange: Good welding
performance carbon steel, steel
alloy or 304 stainless steel.
3、 螺栓、螺母 Bolt ,nut
4、 上法兰 Top flange
5、 触针，可使机械指示标牌立起。Contact probe: Make flag erection.
6、 扬旗式指示旗 Flag indication.
7、 行程开关，具信号远传功能，如果需要，定货时需注明

二、指示器机械传动部分技术特性： Mechanical transmission part technical characteristics
1、 设计压力：按工作需要。 Design pressure: according to work needs.
2、 使用温度：-40-100℃。 Oper ating temper atur e: -40-100℃.
3、 安装管线直径≥89 The diameter of the installation pipeline is greater than or equal to 89.
4、 输送介质：油、水、天然气及其它非腐蚀性流体。
Transmission medium: oil, water, natural gas and other non-corrosive fluids.
5、 管线材质：A：钢焊接性能良好的各类金属。 B：特殊环境要求的不锈钢材质。
Pipeline material: A: All kinds of metals with good welding performance of steel.
B: Stainless steel material for special environmental requirements.
6、 探针伸入管内的长度≥15mm。 The length of the probe extending into the tube is greater than or equal to 15mm.
7、 管线内正、反两个方向通过清管器时，本指示器都可正常显示。
When the pipeline passes through the pig in the forward and reverse directions, the indicator can be displayed normally.
8、 适用于防爆场所安装。 It is suitable for installation in explosion-proof places.
9、 机械部分采用机械传动机构，探针摆动＞45 度角时，标牌由水平（箭头横指）转为纵向（箭头上
指），显示清管器已通过指示器安装位置。
The mechanical part adopts a mechanical transmission mechanism. When the probe swings at an angle of >45 degrees, the
sign changes from horizontal (the arrow points to the horizontal) to the vertical (the arrow points to the upper side), indicating
that the pig has passed the installation position of the indicator.
10、法兰标准及压力等级根据用户要求。Flange standard and pressure grade are based on user requirements.
三、指示器安装方法：Installation：
1、安装前检查指示器机械主体和显示机构灵活可靠后，将(件号3 )螺栓、螺母拆掉，单独将下法兰(件2 )和管
线焊接，焊接时保证下法兰的密封面与管线轴线平行、法兰孔跨中，安装的管线部位清理干净，去除所有附着
物，露出金属本色，摆正下法兰，使法兰底部与管线内径平齐，焊接时压紧下法兰防止移位或偏斜，否则会造成
探针不能沿管线轴线方向摆动，甚至造成探针的折断。
Before installation, check that the main body of the indicator and the display mechanism are flexible and
reliable, remove the bolts and nuts (item 3), and weld the lower flange (item 2) and pipeline separately,
and ensure the sealing surface of the lower flange during welding. Parallel to the axis of the pipeline, the
flange hole is in the middle, the installed pipeline part is cleaned, all attachments are removed, the metal
color is exposed, and the lower flange is straightened so that the bottom of the flange is flush with the
inner diameter of the pipeline, and the lower flange is pressed tightly when welding. Prevent displacement
or deflection, otherwise the probe will not be able to swing along the axis of the pipeline, or even break
the probe.

2、下法兰焊接结束以后待至常温，将法兰密封面清理干净，将通球指示器上部法兰及其连接件安装在下
法兰上，组装时要注意使指针摆动方向沿轴线方向，档标牌放置在水平位置，同时检查密封圈的完好性并
在密封槽中涂抹润滑防锈脂。
After the welding of the lower flange is completed, wait for room temperature, clean the sealing surface
of the flange, and install the upper flange of the through-ball indicator and its connecting parts on the
lower flange. When assembling, pay attention to the direction of the pointer swinging along the axis
direction. The gear plate is placed in a horizontal position, and at the same time, check the integrity of
the sealing ring and apply lubricating anti-rust grease in the sealing groove.
3、安装完成以后，法兰中套(件号 4)下部会有 6mm 入管线内部，这是正常情况，相当于管线有一
点点的变形，不会影响清管器的通过。
After the installation is completed, the lower part of the flange middle sleeve (Item No. 4) will protrude
into the pipeline. This is a normal situation, which is equivalent to a little deformation of the pipeline,
which will not affect the passage of the pig.
4、如果需要信号远传功能，可将信号线接到行程开关上即可，打开行程开关的后盖，可以看内部有两组
节点，一组是常开节点，一组是常闭节点，根据控制程序需要，将信号线接到需要的节点上即可。
If you need the signal remote transmission function, you can connect the signal line to the travel switch, open
the back cover of the travel switch, you can see that there are two sets of nodes inside, one is normally open
node, the other is normally closed node, According to the needs of the control program, connect the signal
line to the required node.
四、使用和保养
1、通球前卸下护帽，按机械主体和显示机构上的对应标识配套安装，并用紧固螺钉锁紧，显示机构可360度旋
转，便于调整观察方向。
Remove the protective cap before cleaning the pipe,to install the mechanical body and display head
according to the corresponding logos and locking them with fastening screws, display head can be rotated
360 degrees, which is easy to adjust the viewing direction.
2、顺时针按下标牌。 Press the sign clockwise.
3、当清管器通过时，标牌立起。 Sign erects when cleaning pig passes .
4、再次重复清管时， 重复1~2过程
Repeat process 1 to 2 when cleaning the pipe once more.
5、清管通球后，取下显示机构（可长期放置）并对机械主体注油保养，安装上护帽以防灰尘、
杂质进入。
After cleaning, remove the display head(can be long-term storage,the sign should be in a vertical
position)and oiling maintenance for the machine body, then install the protective cap to prevent
dust and impurity.
