● Responsible for Budget preparation-CAPEX, P2P of store assets and infra, contracts and vendor
finalization
● Preparation project delivery plan timelines for the Project procurement and delivery timeline for
the civil Rate negotiations, PR & PO issuance and on board vendors for various works for the store
construction and fit out.
​ Finalization of Rate Contracts for Indirect spend i.e Capex (Fixed Assets and movable assets , Office
Build, project deliverables), Finalization of Rate and Vendor for Direct spend Monitoring and
executing turnkey/ EPC projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time over-runs
to ensure timely execution of the projects

approx. value of more than Rs. 500 Crores
