GENERAL 1. Close the work permit and Inform Client/Consultant staff about the
NOTES work completion.
2. Check for the availability of vehicle in case of Emergency.
3. Keep first-aid always near to the working area.
4. RA shall be carried out and all potential hazards shall be explained
to workers through toolbox talk before the commencement of work.
5. Refer the RA for site safety issues and responsibilities.
6. On stop of work then unwanted materials Carry out housekeeping
and clean the area to fire sources substances and the permit will be
closed.
7. Man, lift using for erection work and height work activities.
8. Engaged experienced Electrician on work point and opening
electrical panel point for proper authorized person .
9. Engaged a flag man for clear the movement area for vehicles at work
site.
10. Men lift Material lifting will not Allow at site for any structure’s
materials.
All Electrical work activity like as Cable laying support & tray installation
erection if any hazard is creating in activity, then it will be providing
appropriate control measure.
