plate in the cassette. The height of notes replenishment is no more than MAX line.

F: Slightly press the pressure point of the pressure plate by right hand①, press the buckle down
by left hand②, and slowly lift up the note pressure plate until the notes are tightly pressed③, and
remove the left hand④.

Wrong example: Damaged or mutilated old , dog-ear, fold and curled head notes will increase jam
risk. It should take damaged or mutilated old , dog-ear, fold and curled head notes out and make
them neat.

Correct example: Before loading notes, it should stack notes in neat. After putting into cassette, it
should keep neat and align the head of stacked note to front baffle.
MAX line
Correct example: Put the banknotes neatly stacked into several small stacks. Hope a small stacked
notes and clench both sides of notes with your hand and make the whole pile of notes bend inward
slightly to increase the rigidity of banknotes, which helps to keep the notes from being neat.
A: Horizontally pull out the reject bin. B: Insert the matched black key and open the
lock of the reject bin anticlockwise.
Buckle
A: Put the cassette into the appropriate slot with a little force along the horizontal direction. When
hear “Ka ka” sound, mean the buckle on the cassette have locked the frame of CDM-6240N and
cassette is in position. Now, push out cassette by handle and it can not be pushed out.
B: Insert matching green key in 90 degree, pull out key to finish replenish notes.

Put the Reject Bin into the appropriate slot with a little force along the horizontal direction. When
hear “Ka ka” sound, mean the buckle on the Reject Bin have locked the frame of CDM-6240N and
Reject Bin is in position.
Confirm that CDM-6240N has been normally powered on before starting the program, and the
communication cable is correctly connected, then carry out the next normal test.
Run CDM6240TOOL test tool under the directory of given file, then a login window appears, and
input correct user name and password to enter the test page. User name: grgbanking; password:
basic3.
Note: As shown in the figure, notes are jammed in the cassette: the notes stay in the cassette , it
should take out the cassette to clear.
Open the upper cover of the cassette, press the note pressure plate to the bottom and locked up by
buckle , turn up the transport plate, and take the notes out in the reverse direction of dispensing.
After taking out the notes, it forbid to put notes back to cassette avoiding jam again. Meanwhile,
check if the remaining note in mess.If so , it must arrange in neat.
M3 Screw
Front cover
When banknote jam in tunnel, it should dismantle upper cover and front cover first.
The upper cove is fixed by four(4) M3 screws, two screws on both side as the red circle pointing.
The front cover is fixed by four(4) M3 screws, two screws on both side as the red circle pointing.
After dismantling the fixed screws, it can take out the cover.
