4. Customer needs to provide bottles in flooded form through side transfer. We have considered side
transfer in customer scope as of now. If customer wants this to be in our scope, we have mentioned
upcharge for same, that needs to be considered.

2. Requires actual samples before order finalization.
3. Interconnecting product conveyors are not quoted currently and will be quoted once we receive
plant layout.

The proposed TRIBLOC is equipped with, three different rotary turret units (one each for Rinser, Filler & Capper) that
are suitable to run the machine in neck handling system.
All 3 turrets are mounted on a single base, on which are installed also bottle transfer equipment and conveyor belt.
At machine inlet, the bottles arrive from air conveyors and are feed directly to the inlet star wheel, that handles them
by the neck. The bottle transfer system by the neck, through stars and guides made in stainless steel AISI 304 (Neck
Handling System), has the advantage to of reduced change parts and offers a good advantage in terms of clean
design.
From the inlet star wheel, the bottles enter the rinser, then transferred to the filler and finally to the capper. In all
these steps the bottles are handled by the neck, the bottles at Tribloc exit are placed on the chain conveyor and sent
to the other machines of the line.
All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, polished and without porosity or sharp edges.

Technical Specifications
The machine chassis is made of rod steel with protective priming and corrosion-proof paint,
and in AISI 304. Each chassis (#2) side features a wide inspection door. The machine base
plate is in steel with AISI 304 cladding. The machine height can be adjusted by means of feet
with a tolerance of +/- 50 mm.
Operation
The containers are transferred from the conveyor belt to the labelling drum by an infeed star
wheel, a contrast side part and the labelling drum make rotating the container to be labelled
and wiped.
Cutting roller:
The label cut is performed thanks to a static and a rotary knife.
The fine adjustment of the knives’ interference provides for a clean and constant cut, and for
a long life of the knife.
Transfer roller:
The transfer roller gets the pre-cut label from the cutting roller. The label is drawn and kept
without using grippers, and without adding special treatments on the roller.
Thanks to a special suction system, the label sticks to the transfer roller, while the glue is
distributed on both label ends prior to its transfer onto the container.
Glue roller and glue tank:
The machine distributes the hot-melt glue on the leading and trailing edges of the label. The
system features a self-contained glue tank with gear pump with full control of all heated
zones. The glue is re-circulated through an enclosed and insulated system. The design of the
glue tank provides for simple cleaning and maintenance because entirely separated from the
glue roller.

The glue roller features a scraping system that does not require adjustments, providing for a
constant and very thin glue layer. Moreover, the glue heating system start-up is timed on
weekly.
Pneumatic system
Service group integrated in the machine, with register and water filter, ready for the
connection to the existing network. The pneumatic control panel is placed outside the
machine and easily accessible for adjustment and maintenance interventions.
Maintenance
The mechanical parts of the label cut and application station are lubricated by a recirculating
oil system via centralized greasers (unless otherwise stated), for a simple maintenance and
improved reliability. All systems are designed to perform without any need for operator
adjustments or tuning.

on a moving and revolving support.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shipment: The shipment for the equipment can be made in approximately 6-7 months from the date of
receipt of your purchase order, advance & final specifications for all the equipment.
Payment terms:
1. 50% down payment with Purchase Order.
2. 50% (with 100% GST) After FAT & before shipment of the Machine.
Equipment Approval Drawings: Specifications and drawings pertaining to the equipment quoted are the
property of the Seller and the customer must approve in writing and return all equipment drawings by the
date specified. Delay in the return of approved drawings or essential customer accessories will extend
production and shipping dates. Verbal approvals must be confirmed in writing.
Site Acceptance Test: SAT will be conducted for only 1 SKU for a period of 5 hours. Changeover will be
demonstrated as part of SAT.
Machine Installation & Commissioning: The machine will be thoroughly tested at the factory with your
product before shipment. The installation of equipment at your plant can be carried out by a team of local
Clearpack and overseas Engineers. To and from air travel, local conveyance, boarding and lodging in a
decent Hotel / Guest House would be to customer’s account. Customer to make available required
packaging material, utilities connections and technical and non-technical manpower (list of same will be
submitted post purchase order) prior to arrival of our service engineer at site.
Machine will be considered as handed over as soon as machine is installed and commissioned with the first
main SKU during 1st visit of service engineer. Customer has to ensure availability of all the SKUs material
ordered during his first visit if some of the SKU’s material are not available our service engineer can visit
again at extra Charges as per the per man day rate given below. However remaining payment in case any
must be paid after completion of 1st visit.
Test Material: The customer is to furnish test samples & material at our supplier’s office at no extra charge,
i.e., freight prepaid by the customer. All customs clearing import duties & taxes, handling & other charges
incurred by the supplier while receiving the samples will be billed back to the customer.
Covid Clause: Notwithstanding other provisions of the Force Majeure clause, the parties agree that the
COVID-19 epidemic and its direct and indirect consequences that impede or prevent each party from
properly performing their obligations, constitute a Force Majeure, although the COVID-19 epidemic was a
circumstance known to the parties on the date of this Agreement.
Force Majure:- Each Party shall be excused from the performance of their obligations including LD
obligations under this PO and shall not be considered in default with respect to any obligation hereunder, if
and to the extent that a failure of, or delay in performance is due to an event of Force Majeure, provided
that the affected Party shall give notice of a such event of Force Majeure to the other Party as a
precondition to claiming relief for Force Majeure, as soon as reasonably practicable. To the extent not
prevented by an event of Force Majeure, the affected Party shall: (i) continue to perform its obligations
under this PO; and (ii) use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect of any event of Force Majeure.
Termination: -
If Buyer terminates this Purchase Order for convenience within [7] calendar days, with mutual consent and
written notice to Clearpack, no penalty, liability or further obligation shall be levied. Otherwise below
Termination charges shall apply to the Buyer.

Other Charges: In the event of cancellation of orders, cancellation charges would apply. Any changes
requested by the Buyer after the Seller has received the original PO shall require an agreement for Price
changes and delivery date changes. A charge for storage shall be payable by the Buyer if the Buyer requests
shipment deferral beyond the date of completion. Deferral of shipment will not defer invoicing or payment
terms of the order.
Clerical errors: Seller may correct any clerical errors appearing in the typed portion of this proposal at any
time.
Validity of Offer: The prices and the conditions of this offer are valid for a period of 15 days. The offered
delivery is based on our present engineering and manufacturing workload and may be subject to variations
from the time of the offer to the time of the order confirmation.
All quotations submitted by us, and any conditions not explicitly specified above, are subject to our General
Terms and Conditions of Sale dated 30th April 2018, a copy of which is available on request.
Exclusions: Plant utilities, steam generator etc, local freight, loading and unloading of equipment at site,
hiring of any special equipment required for moving and positioning machinery is not included in the scope
of supply. Anything not expressly mentioned in the offer is excluded from the scope of supply.
Remarks: The quotation is based on our understanding of the products and your requirement. The final
quotation can be confirmed only on receipt of all specifications and samples of products. Till such time it
remains budgetary.
