I. RATIONALE:
"Brigada Eskwela 2023 - Bayanihan para sa Paaralan" is a
community-driven
initiative aimed at fostering a spirit of unity and collaboration to
improve the condition of
schools in our locality. The program is inspired by the Filipino
tradition of "Bayanihan,"
which emphasizes the importance of collective effort in achieving
common goals. By
organizing this event, we seek to create a strong partnership
between school
administrators, teachers, parents, students, local government, and
community members
to ensure the success of our educational institutions.
1. Enhancing Learning Environments: The quality of the
learning environment
significantly impacts students' motivation, engagement, and
academic performance.
Many schools face infrastructure and resource challenges,
hindering the effective delivery
of education. "Brigada Eskwela 2023" aims to address these issues
by enlisting
volunteers from the community to engage in repair, maintenance,
and beautification
efforts within the school premises. By providing students with
clean, safe, and well-
maintained facilities, we can create an environment conducive to
effective teaching and
learning.
2. Encouraging Community Ownership: Involving the
community in the
improvement of schools fosters a sense of ownership and pride in
educational
institutions. When individuals see themselves as active
stakeholders in the school's
success, they are more likely to take an active interest in the well-
being of the students
and faculty. This sense of ownership can lead to sustained support
and commitment to
the betterment of the school beyond the event itself.

I. RATIONALE:
Pursuant to the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION’S annual
implementation of BRIGADA ESKWELA, the LAGAO
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL shall design n activity aimed at
providing community information regarding the LNHS
preparation for the AY 2025-2026 through collaboration
with stakeholders.
To highlight the aforesaid RECORIDA, there shall be an
accolade of teachers from LNHS to visit the communities
within the Barangay San Isidro and neighboring
barangays, RE Barangay City Heights and Barangay
Mabuhay, to distribute flyers containing all information
before and during the AY 2025-2026.
II. OBJECTIVES:
1. To disseminate information RE Brigada Eskwela 2025
of Lagao National High School; and
2. To encourage potential stakeholders to take part in the
LNHS programs and activities.
III. STRATEGIES:
Lagao National High School shall continue to forge
linkages with communities to support the activities for the
students.
