nostalgic speech by the retiring Principal, reminiscing about his journey. Students and teachers
shared heartfelt tributes, acknowledging his guidance and mentorship. A cultural program,
comprising songs, dances, and skits, was presented by the students, showcasing their
appreciation for his leadership. The highlight was the presentation of a memento and a shawl to
the Principal, symbolizing respect and gratitude. The ceremony concluded with a cake-cutting
and a photo session, capturing memories of the special day. As our Principal embarks on a new
chapter, we wish him happiness, health, and fulfillment. His legacy will continue to inspire us.

The Principal's contributions, including infrastructure development and academic excellence,

Our school recently hosted an electrifying inter-school debate competition on 23rd July 2024
bringing together talented orators from eight prestigious schools. The topic, "Social Media: A
Bane or Boon for Society," sparked intense discussions and thought-provoking arguments.

Our school team, comprising Anjali, Rohan, and I, presented a compelling case, highlighting the
darker side of social media.
The competition was fierce, with each team showcasing exceptional research, critical thinking,
and public speaking skills. The judges, esteemed educators and industry experts, were
impressed by the participants' confidence and conviction. After a nail-biting finale, St. Xavier's
School emerged as the winner, with our school securing a close second position.

The event not only showcased individual talent but also fostered a spirit of camaraderie and
healthy competition. We congratulate the winners and applaud all participants for their
remarkable performances. The debate competition served as a valuable learning experience,
encouraging us to think critically and express ourselves effectively. We look forward to hosting

Chennai, proved to be a beacon of opportunity for final year students from various
colleges. The event witnessed participation from nearly 55 companies spanning diverse
sectors, including information technology, telecommunication, and electronics.

Held at the Chennai Trade Centre, the fair attracted hundreds of eager students, all
looking to secure a promising start to their careers. The atmosphere was electric, with
representatives from leading firms such as TCS, Infosys, Airtel, and Samsung engaging
in meaningful dialogues with prospective employees.

Participants expressed their admiration for the variety and quality of opportunities
presented. “It’s encouraging to see so many top companies offering roles tailored to
fresh graduates,” said Ramesh Kumar, a final year engineering student.

The event also featured workshops and seminars on resume building, interview skills,
and career planning, which were met with enthusiastic participation. The organizers’

The quizmaster, Mr. Sharma, posed challenging questions, covering topics from ancient

the winner, with our school securing a close second position.
