This following document will show how to upgrade your inverter/battery as OWNER using
Fusion Solar APP.
This is possible only if you connect locally to the inverter.
1. Disable “Mobile Data” and 2. Search for a Wi-Fi connection SUN2000
Enable “Wi-Fi” + SN of the inverter.

3. The default password for this network is 4. Open Fusion Solar APP – go to top right
“Changeme” (without quotes). You may corner and press on the three dots “…”
get a warning saying “Connectedwithout
internet” →Choose “Connect this time”

5. Choose “Commission Device” → Inverter → Manual Connection

6. Choose “WLAN” → then “Connect”
7. On the new login screen, tap on “Installer” →
choose “User”. The default password is
“00000a”.
If it asks to write the password twice then use
“0000000a”.
If the app will ask to update the device press “YES”
and wait until is done.
After the update is done wait until the inverter is
turned on full (DC, AC led are steady green) and
connect to the inverter in the same way.

8. On the new page, go to top right corner and press on the three dots “…” then choose
“Settings”

9. Choose “Upgrade Device” → Make sure to tap on “Select all” -> Press “Download” and wait
untill the task is finished.
If you choose (1) Download → You will need to
disconnect from the SUN2000 network, connect to either
Mobile Data or WiFi Internet and download the packet.
Once it is finished, connect back to the SUN2000 network.

Once you choose (2) Upgrade you will need to select the upgrade package from your local phone
storage.
Once the Upgrade is fnished the device will restart. You will be disconnected.
If you want to check if the upgrade is succesfull, reconnect to the inverter and check the version.
