The quick growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing lots of areas like healthcare,
education, business, and others in big ways. There are many benefits to using AI such as its
ability to quickly sort through information, do jobs automatically, analyze a pattern and create a
prediction and so on. However, the rise of AI brings up a lot of discussions about whether it's
good or bad for us. A question that often comes up is whether the good things AI can do for
society are bigger than the worries it causes about ethics, privacy, and jobs. The following
sources look into this topic by checking out different views on how AI affects us. This will help
answer the question “How is AI more helpful than harmful to humanity?” Although there are
concerns about safety and privacy regarding AI, when managed correctly it can help improve

biomedical engineers play in crafting AI-driven tools designed to cater to the
design process to ensure these technologies are truly inclusive. This article is
useful for arguing the positive impact of AI in healthcare, showcasing how it can

Eugenio Oliveria’s article, "The Quest for Beneficial AI," is a secondary source
which explores the world of artificial intelligence (AI), showing us its power to
improve our lives but also reminding us to be careful because of ethical concerns.
He talks about how AI has grown and changed over time, sometimes facing
doubts, but now is seen as very promising for solving hard problems, making
healthcare better, adding fun to games and entertainment, and advancing smart
robots. However, Oliveira warns us not to get too carried away by the excitement
around AI. He points out the risks, especially when AI makes decisions on its
own, which might not always be fair or right because of the way they're
good for people and handle it responsibly. This article is really useful for showing
that AI can be good for us, as long as we keep an eye on how it's developed and
used, supporting the idea that AI can help us a lot if we manage it wisely.

Development Strategic Plan" is a primary source that lays out how the United
States plans to approach AI development with the aim of benefiting society and
the economy. It highlights seven important areas such as improving how AI and
humans work together, making sure AI is safe to use, and ensuring there are
enough skilled people for AI jobs in the future. The plan emphasizes the positive
impact AI can have, like better jobs and safer communities, but it also points out
the need to develop AI in a careful and ethical way. This article is useful for
arguing that AI can really help us in many aspects of life, but only if we're
thoughtful about how it's developed and used. It presents a balanced view,
showing that the government sees the potential of AI to improve our world, as

Humanity," is a tertiary source that looks at how AI is changing the world for the
better. He talks about AI helping to find new medicines, report crimes like sexual
harassment and human trafficking, improve green energy, and help people with
disabilities live more independently. Sukhadeve points out some challenges, like
the cost and people being scared of new technology, but he believes these can be
tackled with more research and people learning more about AI. He suggests that
companies and governments work together to make sure AI can do as much good
as possible. This article supports the idea that AI is really useful for people by
everything from health and safety to helping the environment and people who
need extra support, making it clear that AI has a big role to play in solving big
