DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR HOSTEL ALLOTMENT:-

1. Print out of the duly filled and completed online Hostel Registration Form with two recent passport size photographs. The Registration Form must be signed by parent(s) in support of
verification of filled information.

2. Duly filled Performa for “Undertaking by hostel residents” with a photograph of each parent along with active phone no. of father, mother and guardian for call in case of any kind of
emergency.

3. Xerox copy of residential address proof: Ration card, Aadhaar card, Passport etc.

4. Affidavit by Parents/Guardians.

5. Admission slips for newly admitted students (New Admission 2024-25 UG/PG/ Dual Degree /Ph. D.)

6. Xerox copy of caste certificate in case of SC/ST category students.

7. Details of visitors (TO BE FILLED BY EACH GIRL STUDENT) verified by parents.

Full Time Ph. D. Scholars are eligible for admission to University hostels, maximum for 4 years or till submission of thesis, which so ever is earlier. The duration may be extendable by one more
year subject to production of satisfactory progress report of the previous academic session by the respective DRC, concerned Chairperson of the Department and Dean of the Faculty and
further permission of Chief Warden will be sought. The Ph. D. students will immediately vacate the hostels on or before submitting the thesis. Female Ph. D. scholars are exempted from this
clause owing to security/safety issues; and due to different types of leaves such as Child Care leave, Maternity leave, etc., permissible specifically to them.
