My internship at Insys Technologies was an incredible opportunity for growth and professional
development. I am truly grateful for having had the chance to be part of this esteemed
organization. The experience allowed me to interact with many amazing professionals who
offered invaluable guidance throughout my internship.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and special thanks to Mrs. Vaishali Bodhale, who,
despite her busy schedule, took the time to listen, advise, and keep me on the right path. She
provided me with the opportunity to carry out my project at their esteemed organization during
the training period.

Working in such a disciplined and respectful environment was a remarkable experience that
taught me some of the most essential traits for professionalism. It significantly helped in
shaping my personality into a more confident and disciplined individual. It was truly an honour
and privilege to work under the guidance of some of the most professional employees of this
prestigious organization. They introduced us to the latest technologies and provided
comprehensive training in all aspects. Their continuous guidance and motivation were crucial
in the successful completion of our project.

Their valuable insights also contributed to enhancing our project. Being part of such a
renowned organization was a significant honor, and the opportunity to work on their company
website was truly a privilege.

 ABSTRACT
We had our internship working for Insys Technologies. During our internship we were
introduced to the company’s work environment. The purpose of this Industrial Training
proposed by MSBTE was to prepare students to serve the needs of the industry and
commerce more effectively in the future. This provided us with real-life experience and
exposure, thus gaining first-hand exposure to working in the real world, granting the
opportunity to learn more about the intern’s self-potentials and abilities, getting connected,
and developing professional skills.

In the 6 week Industrial Training program which began on 6th June 2024 and ended on 13th
July, I have gained the right amount of industrial exposure from the corporate world. I have
learnt that the industrial world works completely differently from what we now learn in our
academic span. During my internship period, I was introduced to various programming
languages for developing a working website. We created the website with the help of training
given to us in industry. Our industrial supervisor and college faculty, guided us throughout
the project. During our internship, we understood the importance of time management,
resource management, and co-operation among team members. My time with the company
has really illuminated my knowledge and understanding of practical experience of the
theories being taught between the walls of the college and in the corporate environment.

In conclusion, this was an opportunity to develop and enhance skills to get a glimpse into the
corporate world.
 CHAPTER 01: ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

E-Learning: Insys Technologies specialize in providing training services on Cloud Computing, IT

Infrastructure Management System (IT IMS) / Networking & Server, Cyber Security / Ethical
Hacking, Digital Marketing, Web App Development, Java, Dot net, Data base Management, Software
Testing, Web Designing, Project Management and Guidance to Students etc. Our training Anatomy
Being one of the, Insys Technologies Thane Mumbai enable students to become experts in their
fields. Our teaching modules include 100% practical knowledge. We provide our students with world-
class facilities and technology to learn and practice in an appropriate manner to achieve the skills and
expertise.

Quality Assurance: Quality assurance department plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that
products meet certain thresholds of acceptability. They plan, direct or coordinate equality assurance
programs and formulate quality control policies. They also work to improve an organization's
efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.

HR department: Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing
and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an
organization.

R&D: R&D management is the discipline of designing and leading R&D processes, managing R&D
organizations, and ensuring smooth transfer of new know-how and technology to other groups or
departments involved in innovation.

Administration Department: Administration department is backbone of an organization. An

effective administrator is an asset to an organization. He or she is the link between an organization's
various departments and ensures the smooth flow of information from one part to the other.

Software Department: The software department is responsible for development, testing and
maintenance of the IT projects undertaken by the company.
 CHAPTER 02 : INTRODUCTION OF INDUSTRY

Insys Technologies is a premier Computer Training Institute in Thane Mumbai, based in the lush green
city of Thane. Insys is a pioneer in providing a comprehensive range of IT learning solutions to cater
to aspiring professionals as well as students in the field of IT.

MSBTE.

 WORKFLOW AND WORK PROCESS

With the guidance of my mentor, I systematically planned and executed every aspect of the project.
Research, discussions, and final decisions were all conducted collaboratively to ensure the best possible
outcomes. This approach allowed for thorough organization and alignment with the project's goals.

Week 1: Foundation and Project Selection

1. Company Introduction & Training Plan: Learned about Insys Technologies, its vision, mission,
and the internship structure.
2. HTML Fundamentals: Gained proficiency with basic HTML tags like <p> (paragraph),
<pre> (preformatted text), and others.
3. Project Selection: Proactively researched and selected a relevant project: creating a website for Cafe.
4. Basic Website Layout: Started building a basic website layout using HTML.

Week 2: Deepening HTML & CSS Knowledge

1. div Tag & Attributes: Learned about the versatile <div> tag for creating website sections
with various attributes for styling.
2. Box Sizing: Understood the box model concept for element sizing and positioning (padding,
margin, border, content area).
3. Font Awesome Introduction: Explored Font Awesome, a library providing icons to enhance
website design.
4. Home Page Outline: Created a simple structure for the "HOME" page of the website.

Week 3: Introduction to JavaScript

1. JavaScript Basics: Gained a foundational understanding of JavaScript, a programming language

for interactive web elements.
2. Variables, Data Types, & Operators: Learned how to declare and manipulate variables using
data types and operators in JavaScript.
3. Switch Case: Explored the switch statement for conditional execution based on different cases.
4. External JavaScript: Understood how to include and use external JavaScript files for
code organization.

Week 4: JavaScript Enhancements & DOM Manipulation

1. String Functions: Learned essential JavaScript functions for working with strings (text data)
in webpages.
2. Event Handling: Explored different types of events and how to handle user interactions with
the website.
3. Animations & Transitions: Discovered ways to create engaging animations and smooth
transitions on the website.
4. DOM & BOM: Gained an understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM) for accessing
and manipulating webpage elements, and the Browser Object Model (BOM) for browser
interactions.
Week 5: PHP and Database Integration

1. Introduction to PHP: Learned the basics of PHP, a server-side scripting language for
dynamic web content.
2. XAMPP Setup: Set up a local development environment using XAMPP (a software
package including Apache, MySQL, PHP, and Perl).
3. Database & PHP Connection: Understood how to connect a PHP script to a database for
data storage and retrieval.
4. Login & Signup Pages: Built login and signup pages for the website using PHP and
database interaction.

Week 6:Project Completion

1. Basic of Angular: Learned the basics of Angular, a popular front-end web framework
for building dynamic and interactive web Applications
2. Homepage Design: Implemented HTML, CSS, and concepts learned throughout the
internship to create a visually appealing homepage.
3. Menu page Design: Implemented HTML, CSS, and concepts learned throughout the

4. About Us Page: Created an “About Us” page detailing Café information.
5. Contact Page: Created an “Contact Page” detailing Café Contact information
 CHAPTER 05: TESTING OF PRODUCT

Initially, we created the home page for "Café Espresso" to establish a consistent layout for the
entire website. We began with the top header, which we wanted to be center-aligned, although
the theme only supported left or right alignment. By modifying the theme code, we achieved
the desired center alignment.

Before proceeding with testing, we created all the necessary pages for the website. Once the
pages were in place, we began testing "Café Espresso" on desktop.

The first issue we encountered was with the website logo. The preferred design had the logo
on the left and another element on the right, with space between them. While this looked fine
on larger screens, it caused issues on mobile devices. We resolved this by adjusting the design
to ensure the logo and other elements appeared correctly on all screen sizes.

Next, we tested all hover effects and animations across the pages. We also verified that all
webpage links were functioning properly and that the review form was working as intended.
During our review of content alignment, we found that justified text created large gaps on
mobile devices. We corrected this by adjusting the text alignment to improve readability on
smaller screens.

Continuous testing was crucial to identify and resolve even the smallest bugs. We encountered
several issues, which we addressed through necessary adjustments. We also tested the website
from a user perspective and maintained regular communication with our mentor for guidance
and support.
 CHAPTER 06: SOFTWARE-HARDWARE HANDLING PROCESS

1. Sign Up for InfinityFree:

- Visit the InfinityFree website: Navigate to the InfinityFree homepage.
- Create an Account: Click on "Sign Up Now" and enter your details to register.
- Verify Your Email: Confirm your email address by clicking on the verification link sent your
inbox.

2. Create a New Hosting Account:

- Log In: Access your account by logging in to InfinityFree.
- Set Up Hosting Account: Click "Create Account" to initiate the process.
- Choose a Domain:
- Free Subdomain: Select a free subdomain and enter your desired name.
- Custom Domain: If you have a custom domain, choose "Custom Domain" and provide your
domain name.

3. Upload Your Website Files:

- Access the Control Panel: Navigate to the "Control Panel" for your hosting account
in InfinityFree.
- Use the File Manager: Click on "File Manager" within the control panel.
- Go to `htdocs`: In the File Manager, open the `htdocs` folder.
- Upload Your Files: Upload all website files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, etc.) into the
`htdocs` folder. You can use the File Manager's upload tool or an FTP client like FileZilla.

4. Set Up the Database:

- Create a Database: Go to "MySQL Databases" in the control panel and create a new database.
- Record Database Details: Make a note of the database name, username, and password.
- Update Configuration Files: If your website requires a database, update the
configuration files with the database credentials.
 CHAPTER 07: SAFETY PROCEDURES FOLLOWED

1. Organized and Clean Work Areas: Ensured work areas were consistently organized
and clean to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
2. Power Cable Verification: Checked that the power cable was securely connected to
the desktop before turning it on.
3. Daily Maintenance: Cleaned the keyboard with a cloth and the monitor screen
with appropriate screen cleaning liquid each day.
4. Regular Data Backups: Performed regular backups to safeguard against data loss
in case of unexpected issues.
5. Auto-Save Feature Utilization: Enabled the Auto Save feature in VS Code
to automatically save code, minimizing the risk of losing unsaved work.
6. Routine Website Testing: Frequently visited the website to verify its functionality
and ensure it was free of errors or glitches.
7. Laptop Overheating Prevention Limited continuous laptop use to prevent
overheating and ensure optimal performance.
8. File and Folder Monitoring: Regularly checked files and folders containing data,
code, images, and videos for organization and integrity.

This project involved the design and development of a website for Espresso Junction, aiming
to enhance their online presence and potentially attract new customers. The website utilizes
modern web development techniques to create a visually appealing and user-friendly

CHAPTER 10: CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED DURING TRAINING

1. Server Performance Issues: The InfinityFree server was often slow, causing
delays in accessing and making changes to the site.
2. Database Integration Difficulties: Encountered challenges in establishing a
reliable connection between PHP and the database, impacting data handling.
3. Navigation Bar Design: Faced difficulties in designing a navigation bar that
was both functional and visually appealing.
4. Alignment and Layout Issues: Struggled with aligning images and text and
fitting content into divisions, which affected the overall layout.
