With my background in Mechanical engineering I have had the opportunity to
work in as a MEP engineering professional around 8 years in many prestigious
projects all over Dubai. My exposure to innumerable top clients, developers
and MEP contractors in Dubai/Abu Dhabi has helped me to develop skills right
from the piling to the final handover of a project. With my social skills backed
with my technical knowledge I am now venturing to find a competitive
environment to grow my knowledge and my skills in a managerial role.

 Coordinate, execute, inspect manage work performed by the MEP contractor and verify that work is performed in accordance
with approved contractual plans, specifications, shop drawings and scope.
 In charge of internal snagging and assisting in completed of authority snags
 Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements.
 Supervise a team of engineers and designers in carrying out project /proposal detailed engineering works
 Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up the
implementation of the Clients comments in time.
 Prepare action plans, reports to analyze and communicate to team members to ensure compliance with contractual
documents and reporting to O&M and resident engineer.
 Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available to ensure project
completed within time and budget.
 Ensure all activities are in line with health, safety and environmental management systems (HSE).
 Interface with client, PMC staff and vendor representatives, conduct internal staff meetings, ensure the progress of project
in accordance with schedule, allotted man hours and budgeted costs.
 Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non-conformance reports (NCR) if required
 Coordinate between Civil, MEP and Fit-out contractors and engineers and monitor the work and raise inspection reports.
 Carrying out Testing and commissioning and authority inspections and closing their comments.
 Liaison with Dubai Municipality (DM), civil defense (DCD), Dubai electrical and water authority (DEWA).
